All of the staff including the doctors was of excellent service,and Dr.Mark 🥰 Nurses🥰 i don't know the other Doctor name that kept it💯 but Concentra of Chino Hills is highly recommended. Thank you all for such welcoming service. .....The respect given to the Officers i have no complaints

Everyone was very pleasant and tried their best to expedite my service.The staff went above and beyond to provide me with equipment I should have brought with me for a testing. The environment was clean and Olga was the person that performed my testing and she was impressionable that I remember her name. The physician and his trainee also were warm and welcoming. I am a Healthcare professional and the service here reinforced why it is important to go above and beyond for patient care. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I had to go here for a vaccine for my job (Concentra Chino Hills). The staff are friendly, efficient & you don’t have to wait a long time. Very clean/ modern looking and great temperature in the waiting room (not too cold or hot). Highly recommend!

They made me wait for 1.5 hours and charged me. at the end sent me home without seeing me because their system went down. Leaving me in pain, I had to go to ER then. ER was faster than them. and also they never refunded me the fee.

I've been there twice. the first time it took 5 HRS. The staff is friendly but I think their infrastructure is poor. Before then I was treated at Vista medical group and it was very different. They didn't take me more than an hour and I didn't have any problems with the paperwork. Anyway, as I said, the staff is friendly but apparently they don't have the resources for better service.

I appreciated that they kept to my appointment time and didn’t make you wait forever in the room like they do at the one on Garfield in Los Angeles.
