Concentra Urgent Care

When I arrive for my appointments in the Specialist department the front desk staff is always friendly and sometimes my wait time is not that long. The facility is always kept very clean. I always get all the necessary treatment like x-rays, etc when needed. The doctors are extremely helpful. Overall great service!!

I got there 5 minutes before they opened and was the first one to check in. The waiting room filled up pretty quickly. They kept calling other people before me. I was finally brought back after 45 minutes with 5 other patients, all men. I was there for a mask test. The men were all there for urine tests. They saw all the men plus 2 other people that were brought back before they brought me in for my test. Very frustrating. It took 1hr 45 min for a 5 minute test.

My physical Therapist Troy is amazing. However the front desk in the main clinic is extremely rude. I spoke to someone named Izelia(sounds like) about an appointment that I did not recall rescheduling. I called and told her that i dont know about this appointment. She got an attitude and asked if i wanted to cancel and close my claim or keep the appointment. Before i got upset i told her okay and ill be there tomorrow. I called back and spoke to someone else who gave me answers WITH NO ATTITUDE. This must be the front desk worker everyone in the comments complain about. But i know how this works and i will be speaking with her boss tomorrow Update: i should have waited to leave a review.they just want to get you out of there as soon as possible. My PT sessions never progressed to address certain issues. My physician was dismissive when i informed her i was still have alot of discomfort. Now im back to work and im still in pain. Im going to contact my claims rep and inquire about finding someone who want to actually TREAT my injury instead of rushing just to say they did their job today

My therapist, David was encouraging and knowledgeable about the exercises I needed to strengthen my core, legs, and back. The only issue I encountered was that he was busy with two other patients assigned to him.

Having visited the clinic for the first time, I feel I was accorded all the necessary attention, information and advice one would need. The services are outstanding. The medical staff are professional and hospitable.

The staff were kind understanding and made jokes with me, even asked me about how I was doing! It’s was quick and welcoming help.

I went to concentra last week on tuesday for a pre-employment drug screen. Juan had helped with the procedure. He sent the the information to the wrong employer. I went back friday to correct the issue and dalia and juan both ensured me that the issue would be handled and that they would call me once it was completed. I never got the call and now i have to go back to concentra today again. Because of this issue i can’t start work untill they send the information to the correct employer. And i would prefer just to call but literally no one answers the phone there. This has been the worst experience. I live close to this concentra so i go there often whenever i need a pre-employment drug screening. Ive never had to deal with this issue before.

First time, I would like to start with the professionalism here, the nurse I initially seen, he was OK, however I do not feel like neither him or the direct physician I seen were trying to ask questions to see what I was there for, no questions were asked, nor were any notes taken - they did all the talking in my 5 minute appointment to tell me my claim was denied, lack of help -lack of support or care from this place. If you have an option to be seem somewhere else, I would highly recommend it. Also the dirty looks given from this doctor made me feel very uncomfortable ! Racist or whatever it was it was UNPROFESSIONAL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
