I went in for a pre-employment screening. All the staff there were friendly and professional. Their online registration was quick and easy. As expected, there was a little bit of a wait, but in total I was only there for a little under 45 minutes, which was impressive given the number of people who were in the lobby when I arrived.

Super busy place! Could definitely use more locations. One is Dayton would be amazing. The staff is excellent, well tempered and mannered, professional and friendly. Once I was in it was down to business and gone. Came in for a pre employment drug screen and the next day returned for my physical exam and lift test. Got the job! 😁

Four people who checked in after me went before me. It took about an hour and 15 minutes for them to call me back so I could drug test for work. That is time that I was not able to be at work, and I was not getting paid for the time that I was waiting. It took 10 to 15 minutes just to receive the text in order to fill out the application. I know there has got to be a better way to streamline the process.

Place is clean and the registration process is smooth. I just noticed that the lady or medical assistant who did my drug screen testing had to relabel my urine specimen cup because she incorrectly thought a drug requisition test for me as well as she didn’t do the Ishihara test for my color deficiency test as part of my physical testing that’s why when the medical provider examined me, he just had to ask me if I’m able to determine the color of the traffic lights which is not really an accurate test for determining color vision test.

The staff were very helpful with me filling out my forms. The ladies in the back were very nice and patient with my blood draw. The doctor was nice as well.

I went in here to get paperwork filled out to return to work after being diagnosed with ear infection. The doctor I saw didn't listen to anything I told him, said the ringing in my ears is most likely permanent despite not being qualified to diagnose that, had a very rude and dismissive tone when speaking to me. Wrapping up the visit with this gem of a line, "If you are that worried about your hearing that I should wear protection or find a better job." Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to help people.

Had a 3pm appointment through workman's comp. for my work related broken back and ribs. Got there on time and they didn't know who I was or why I was there. Complete waist of time. They asked me why I was there and to be honest I didn't really know how to answer that because I wasn't informed enough about it by my incompetent workers comp nurse who was suppose to meet me there but failed. They asked a bunch of questions that I didn't have answers for so the insensitive snobby receptionist said she couldn't help me. Complete waist of my time. This is after I fell 15' 2 weeks ago and was suppose to get some follow up treatment. Here I am suffering because of a bunch of insensitive idiots that dont know how to do there jobs. Red tape parade for the injured. I wouldn't go back to Concentra or Renown if my life counted on it. I would probably die first for all they care!

Went for premployment drug, physical and lift test. Was told I could do drug test but there was no one available for physical or lift test and had to come back the next day. Came back next day and was told could do physical but no one available for lift test. I advised staff that I had to drive an hour each way and was given a blank stare and no response. Concentra clearly doesn't care about patients and act as if they are doing a favor to the people who pay their wage through all the business we give them. Customer service training is needed badly.
