Got there at 8 am when they open, was there for 45 minutes tops. Friendly staff and doctor. Had a great experience. Great place for DOT physical and drug testing. Will definitely be my go to for both going forward. Thanks for a great, expedient, friendly visit

Front desk lady did a great job. The place got busy, she was training a new employee, she handled everyone quickly and was very nice to everyone that came in. I had issues with my company i work for not sending the right forms. She helped walk me thru what to do to get the forms I needed. The lady that did my company physical was also very nice and got all my things completed and answered any questions I had. 2nd time coming here for work and both times have been great.

Great service respectful and fast paced and really open minded would recommend to go if your on a time limit and need to do a walk in

Went to Concentra for a pre employment drug screen, The staff there was very welcoming and very fast. It wasn’t long at all. I was walking out the door unlike some of the other Concentra I went to this one by far was the best one.

Appreciated these folks. They really helped me out but reading my TB test that was administered in another state. The entire process took two minutes. Fast. Pleasant. Very helpful.

Even though the specific site I visited was very short staffed, they were professional, courteous, and did their best to get us in and out in a timely manner!

My dad lost his job today because he went in for a DOT physical and the dr said he needs to do a sleep apnea test. So my dad went and did a sleep apnea test. His results were that he has mild to moderate sleep apnea. The dr looked at him and said "there's nothing I can do for you, I can't give you a DOT physical card". And because phoenix metals only accepts Concentra, they had to fire my dad. So if you are a truck driver with sleep apnea and your company makes you go here to a DOT physical, good luck. These people don't care.
