Concentra Urgent Care

Had a great experience at this Concentra. Daniel and Cindy were so friendly at the front! Elvia was such an efficient and sweet nurse. My doctor was very thorough and she made sure she answered all my questions during my physical. I definitely recommend this place for all your healthcare needs!

I spent a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes waiting on these people, and my exam only took 10 minutes total. I called ahead to see if i should make an appointment or walk in. I was told that a walk in would be fine and wouldnt take too long. I arrived with 2 other people in the waiting room. I filled out the check in sheet, and let them know why I was there. 20 minutes later the desk attendant called my name. He told me to fill out another form. I waited another 40 minutes before they told me they were ready for me. I did the first portion of my test which took about 5 minutes. They sat me in another room and said the doctor would be right in to finish my examination. After an hour and 10 minutes the doctor finally came in and apologized for the wait. The exam only took 5 minutes. The people were nice, but in my opinion I was there way too long for a 10 minute exam. Make an appointment.

Very nice clean office very friendly staff. Was helped by Selena she drew my blood and gave me my vaccine and I didn’t even feel either one she has a very light hand she was extremely helpful and friendly. I went to the Oxnard location with an appointment and was there for no leas then hours. Camarillo location I was in and out in about an hour including waiting time for non dot physical and drug screening, It very good experience wish I would have know about this location the first time around.

Wow 🤩 I have to say my experience and expectations coming from a bad one at the Oxnard location was night and day ! Totally impressed and grateful to the whole staff ! Selena and Elvia are something special and left an impression on me . Between work skills , demeanors, communication and caring , these fine ladies have a solid future ahead of them ! Keep shining and thank you because you’ve touched another soul today !

I made an appointment at this location for some tests I needed to get before I was hired for a job. After waiting for an hour past my appointment I asked how much longer and they said everyone is at lunch so there's a delay. I'm usually pretty patient but this seemed disrespectful towards my time, if they know everyone is at lunch at a certain time maybe don't schedule those appointments? They kept saying I would be called next but two others have been called before me after they said that. Again, I'm not an impatient person, but I am definitely not a fan of how this office is run. On another note, Ron helped me during my appointment and he was fantastic. If I was rating just him I'd give 5 stars.

I had a great visit and experience here at Concentra! I was welcomed with a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in and I loved how fast the service was. Cindy and Daniel were the ones who made my experience great, this is my favorite Concentra location to go to and I would highly recommend to get your healthcare needs here!

The guy that took care of me was awesome and the place is really clean. The people are friendly. The only problem is the wait time . Other than that the girl at the front desk was very helpful.

Selena was my medical assistant and she was amazing for my pre-employment physical and blood draw. It was painless and she was quick but thorough throughout the entire process. I am very happy with my service here today
