I rarely ever give any reviews BUT this place truly earned this one. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I came here to get a physical and a two step TB skin test done for a job. The first time I came, they took almost 2 hours to complete my physical and to do the first TB skin test (and there wasn’t a lot of patients this day). The person who completed my TB test seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. Then when I went back two days later to get the skin test read, the doctor barely even looked at my arm and said it was negative and continued on out of the room. Then I had to come back to get my second TB skin test. I came in around 11am on a Wednesday and did not leave until 2pm…… while I waited, I asked the receptionist if they had an estimated time for when I’d be seen. The receptionist said “they took your chart, they should be calling you soon.” They did not in fact call me soon……. I still waited another hour. It wasn’t until a different worker went to the back to check why they still hadn’t called me. At this point, I was one of the only patients left in the waiting room. After she came back to the front, a nurse called me within a couple minutes. This made me come to the conclusion that someone must’ve misplaced my chart or something and that’s why I wasn’t being called in. so I basically waited there for a little over 2 hours just to get a simple TB skin test. Fast forward 2 days (it’s now Black Friday), I went back there to get my second TB test read. I walk in and there are no other patients, so I had high hopes that it’ll be a quick visit……. I was wrong. They had me waiting in the room for almost an hour. During that time I over heard the employees talking about how the doctor wanders off sometimes. This place is very unprofessional. Please avoid this location if you can…… unless you enjoy long waiting periods and unprofessionalism.

Worst experience ever. A drug test shouldn’t take 30-45 minutes. I scheduled and did the pre-registration online. I came in the office and had to do the same registration again. I also had to wait 30-45 minutes to simply take a drug test. This is absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars wasn’t an option. Do not under any circumstances come here and expect things to be timely or easy. Also worth mentioning that they have plenty of staff and help and were more interested in talking and socializing than working.

I’ve been going to this location for Acupuncture, which has been amazing. The Accupuncurist is extremely skilled, kind, great listener, and very nice. Parking is validated for you, which is a nice bonus. The staff have been very nice, and accommodating. ***My biggest complaint is that yet again, this location too has a TV in the waiting area, and it’s on REALLY LOUD. Listen, the reason people have to go to these clinics is because they are hurt, in pain, or sick. The LAST thing that you need, is to be bombarded with a loud TV in the room. It is counter intuitive for being able to relax, calming your nervous system down, etc., when you’re not feeling well, or dealing with chronic pain, that element just makes it worse.

Everyone is just so nice. The doctors and nurses in this facility have been nothing more than cordial. So informative and such a nice place to be in. I’ve had no issue at all. The wait time varies on how many doctors there are but it’s definitely worth the wait. I have waited 9 hours in the ER. 2 hour wait is a breeze. I always have my portable charger and headphones with me anyways so it wasn’t bad at all. Physical therapists are just as nice. I’m thankful for the staff 🤙🏽.

I recommend this spot for any of your work injury related or physical therapy the staff are professional, friendly, supportive and the location is cleaned, has a cleaned bathroom, TV entertainment to see while waiting to be helped. Water and some snacks to help you feel comfortable. The physical Therapy unit are attentive to your needs for example Tanya and Lynne are kind, charismatic individuals that make you feel that your presence matters your pain matters and Lynne’s goal is to get you better to heal. Dr. Hanna listens to your concerns, She is sympathetic and professional, amicable and gives you a right analysis. Overall I am happy. All the attention they provide I feel I’m getting better.

It is now called concentra medical center , came in 10 minutes early of appointment for work medical stuff. Waited for 1 hours 50 minutes before got called in. Even though everyone is nice, I wish someone had a better scheduling system .

The techs do not practice proper sanitation. The leave the toilets unflushed and ready to use after the previous person. The poured the urine sample over the counter in front of the computer even dropping some and not cleaning it. They need to be more sanitary. They were friendly and quick so I left 2 stars.

Your male medical assistants are so rude. I went in for a drug test and the male employee kept laughing. The other time I had to come here was for a drug test and TB test and your male medical assistant was like pee in this. Sign this. Then when it came time to do my TB test he and another employee were talking saying they hope I’m the last of the day. Not to mention he bruised me. I’m in the medical profession myself and this was beyond the worst treatment I’ve ever received. Like your in the medical field have some sort of professionalism. The girls at the front desk are always so nice. The wait time to be seen is terrible. I waited four hours to be seen.
