Concentra Urgent Care

The front desk ladies were doing their best to help me with some pre-employment coverage obstacles. The nurse who drew my blood was friendly and I had a painless stick. They provide masks, hand sanitizer, clean pens, and mints in the waiting room. Overall a great experience.

We went in looking for some help and guidance as we have had a hard time getting in with our PCP and we were recommended to go to an Urgent Care. Dr. Abernethy was incredibly rude and callous. She didn’t listen to me or my husband and implied we were there seeking pain killers, which is the last thing we wanted. We were hoping more for a referral or some suggestions for the daily pain. The NP student was kind and compassionate and did her best; she was able to give us a few suggestions and ease some of our worries, but we will never be returning due to the awful treatment from Dr. Abernethy. Do not recommend.

Usually hate going to all different concentras when I change assignments, but this place was great! In my previous experience at different at different locations, the staff is rude and it is so slow. This location was so friendly! The wait time was nothing. Would definitely go here again. Thanks for getting me in and out fast. Such a pleasant team. Building and restrooms were very clean too.

During my initial visit to Concentra for a recent work-related injury, I was promptly admitted due to the severity of my situation. The wait time was less than 15 minutes before a nurse called my name. Nurse Jenny was the one who examined my laceration. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise in explaining the nature of my hand injury and meticulously cleaning the wound without causing discomfort. Her gentle touch and reassuring demeanor instilled confidence and a sense of security in the quality of care I was receiving. I am grateful that I sought professional medical attention rather than resorting to self-treatment, as Nurse Jenny emphasized using Walmart Superglue on my wound can lead to potential risks and complications associated with such an approach. Nurse Jenny truly embodies the highest standards of professionalism and dedication to her field. I wouldn't ask for anyone else. Subsequently, Dr. Abernathy efficiently and skillfully performed the necessary stitches, ensuring a pain-free procedure. I express my sincere gratitude to both Nurse Jenny and Dr. Abernathy for their exceptional care and expertise, which undoubtedly contributed to the preservation of my finger's functionality. I definitely recommend Concentra to anyone with an injury.

Went for a pre hire drug test and was informed during it that if the sample wasn’t enough, I was to be held for up to 3 hours, given only two water bottles to drink and wasn’t allowed to leave the building or reschedule. I was informed if I even stepped out of the building it would be counted as a refusal to take said drug test. I was treated like a criminal the entire time and it was extremely unprofessional. For anything in the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was there for a drug test from work. The team at the site was as helpful as they could be. Concentra told my new employer that the rapid test kit would be stocked but it wasn’t at that location so we had to figure out work arounds involving me, the HR department at my new company, and the team onsite. Ultimately it worked out but it made the process take over an hour for a simple test.

Had to get a pre employment drug test. The front staff were welcoming, easy check in process and quick to bring me back. Very smooth process.
