Concentra Urgent Care

Pushing 3 hours. Many people who came in after me have long-since left. Not pleasant at all. After going out to talk to someone, I’ve still got no answers about when I will be seen. Staff seems nice enough, but a grossly inept way to manage an office.

Went in for a DOT and was not expecting to wait 4 hours. I was expecting better results time and was not impressed by the time management. I was quoted 20 minutes everytime I asked on wait time. Once I was assisted, it took only 9 minutes. I understand this is a facility for emergencies as well, but they couldnt accommodate an appointment for a DOT. Aside from the wait time, the staff was extremely friendly and the intern was fantastic.

Excellent excellent staff! those ladies in there are so nice. I had such a pleasant experience, they were so kind. The wait time was not that long even though the reception room had a lot of people. The staff were very patient and professional. Thank you guys

Staff members were great, did not take to long were very friendly. Had to get my urine, and hair analysis done. Also my DOT physical and slee apnea checked. Was able to get it all done the same day.

It was probably the WORST medical experience I have ever had. 5 1/2 hours I was there. My recent knee replacement didn’t take that long. Unbelievable. I was sent there by my employer “ the Port of San Francisco “. I was told my wait maybe 3-4 hours. I have had two hearing test performed by the SFGH. I have severe hearing loss. Now, I received a text telling me they don’t have a WC claim number?

Was in there to take a drug test for my new job and the staff was very kind offering me a bottle of water on two occasions and they just so happened to be playing Edward Scissorhands in the lobby which was pretty entertaining while we wait in line. This is an easy in, easy out organization. Hardly anytime at all went by.

Receptionist was very professional. Wait time was short even though this was a walk-in and the nurse who did the testing was extremely professional. She explained the test and made me feel comfortable. Process was made easy because of your team!!! Thank you Daryl

The physician assistant seemed burnt out, just barged into the room and didn’t knock or make themselves known prior to coming. I didn’t even know she was the physician assistant until I asked who are you? Everyone else at the clinic introduced themselves and what they were going to do… then she asked me about my abnormal heart rate, I asked what abnormal heart rate? I have an abnormal heat rate?? And she said oh no I guess not I’m just asking. She didn’t ask my name, date of birth, now looking back maybe she entered the wrong room? I already expected a long wait time, I was there for a total of 3 hours for a physical and all she did was check my ears eyes lungs and had me jump up and down.. lol can someone do a inservice for the physician assistant on how to properly deal with patients?
