The employees and service with a smile get a solid 10! All were very helpful, Dr was personable and through. Easy to get in without appointment, clean waiting area and restroom. They even brought out misc. Snacks for all in waiting room. The wait time is a 5, spent over 4 hours for pre-employment drug screen and physical. Most definitely would recommend again and again!

If your employer send you here for any testing IMMEDIATELY ask if it can be done at any other clinic. The staff here are friendly but they work at a GLACIAL speed. You will sit here for HOURS just for a physical. On a separate occasion I went in for a simple mask fit test and sat there for more than an hour without ever being registered because the front desk employee had entered the wrong phone number and last name into their charting system. Extremely incompetent & inefficient. Didn’t even offer an apology. AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS.

The nurses are very racist. They act very racist towards black American people. They talk to you and roll your eyes and they’re very very rude and talk very down to you. I hope I never have to go to this one ever in my life and you have to wait hours and hours and hours three hours or more four hours all day long and they’re very rude to you.

Front office staff were very professional. What stands out is the Doctors knowledge & concern for my overall health. I wish Dr. Fermin Garmendia was my personal physician. Concetra, you have a good Dr & staff working for you. Do what you can to keep them. Is seeing and treating general patients?

I visited this location for a physical examination and TB test. From previous reviews I expected a long wait time and rude employees. My visit was the complete opposite experience. My check was easy and the wait time was under 10 minutes total. All the employees were extremely welcoming and professional. Overall, my visit took 35 minutes and there were no issue.

It's hard to imagine that there could be a worse occupational urgent care in existence. Unreasonable waits, dismissive people, don't answer calls, don't mail out important paperwork.

I walked in and the waiting area was full..I thought God help me I will be here all day. God answered fast! In and out in like 40 mins...when I left they only had 3 people in waiting room. Great n professional staff. Medical assistant was professional and friendly...great experience!

If you could find anywhere else to go but here, do that. I came at 3:00 there was only 3 people, they messed up my chart, couldn't find the right referral, at 4:17 they said I would be next, there was 6 other people at that time, by 5:33 they had seen 12 people before me and made me last. The middle eastern receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful, called me a liar when I told her my concerns, continued to not give me any answers just telling me to wait and I would be seen next. Told me she would get me by the manager for my concerns and never did. Very rude and unprofessional to represent the business she deserves to be fired. EDIT TO ADD NOW THAT I HAVE SEEN THE DOCTOR, BOTH THE DOCTOR AND NURSES WERE VERY KIND AND THE DOCTOR IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND UNDERSTANDING, NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE DOCTOR OR NURSES, JUST THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE LONG WAIT.
