I wish they could be full time dr. When ever I have gone to them they are very kind and understanding. The people who register are ALWAYS professional and make sure everyone is cared for. I called to get my insulin refilled. The receptionist to me to call in sooner rather than the day I run out. But my job is driving a big truck. I’m not allowed to use phone while driving. I get off after the office closes. I start work at 3:45 am. They are not open early.
I had a great experience, staff is very professional and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the waiting area. It is not clean and the chairs are worn-out.
I got here when they opened at 8am. I am still here now, well over three hours later. I suspect I’ll be here for a few hours longer. Everyone is extremely nice and the waiting room is clean. Unfortunately, like most healthcare providers, it appears to be very poorly managed. I do wish healthcare providers had more time management skills in general, and a greater respect for their patient’s time. Regardless, I cannot stress enough how understanding and kind everyone here is, despite their seeming inability to manage time well.
I went in for a D.O.T physical and drug screening. The front counter people weren’t to engaging. Set in the waiting room for about an hour and a half never was informed on process. After being seen for eye exam and drug test was roomed just to sit in the room for another hour before doctor came in to see me. Also when I came in there were only 2 people ahead of me. Overall time spent at Concentra was around 3 hours for a process that is completed all the time by this organization. Unacceptable!
The front desk was extremely rude. Talking to you like you weren’t even allowed to be there. I understand being tired from a shift, but the way they made me feel was horrible. They acted as if my questions were stupid
From the receptionists, to the nurse , and then the doctor, everyone was so professional and kind. They put all my nerves to ease. Thank you for making me feel better mentally and physically.
I went in for a simple drug test that’s takes no more than 5 mins and i was in there for damn near an hour while people who came in way after me were getting helped, i just needed to pee😭💀
