They have kind and professional PT therapists. I highly recommend working with Mr. Eric. He was an excellent communicator who listened to and addressed my concerns. He was kind and gently creating a positive atmosphere during my sessions. Also worked one session with Mr. Cassidy, he was great too Thank you.

Really great customer service!!! Concentra has private Parking which was clutch! Locating the suite was easy!! The staff were very friendly & the wait was less than 10 minutes. The lobby had a Halloween movie playing that kept me entertained till I was called in for an easy drug test.. results came about a hour after I left via email. Thank you

You are warned!! I waited 4.5 hours for the doctor after being one of the first patients there in the morning, and got sick and tired of waiting for her, to finally leave. 4.5 hours!! Do they respect other people’s time? They were nice and professional, but you can tell they’ve internally institutionalized themselves to become tone deaf to respecting patients’ waiting time. Do they realize that maybe patients need to go elsewhere or back to work after an appointment? They seem not to care about that. I arrived at 830 am with only two other people in the waiting room. After waiting in the exam room for hours which included urine, EKG, a lung breath test, and several failed attempts of a blood test, I left exasperated at 1 pm. The staff wasn’t even able to draw blood several times as they couldn’t needle the vein properly that I had to later go to a quest diagnostics elsewhere to finish what they were supposed to do. I left all Bandaged up like a stabbing victim from a trauma center!! I got sick and tired of waiting for the doctor to come. She finally came storming into the room garbed with a face mask and scrubs that she spooked me and my service dog as we both fell asleep in the room. My startled dog barked at her that she ran out of the room. She never came back so I left after another 20 minutes. Later in the day they called telling me I needed to finish the exam and come back. I told them I won’t be coming back to W Hollywood Concentra as 4 1/2 hours of wait time after being one of the first there is not acceptable.

In person wait is over 3hrs. Telemedicine appointments are not honored at the time appointment is scheduled. Advocate for yourself and use your own provider or ask for a different location even if your work states you can only be seen at this location. Maria staff was nice tho. Stressful situation overall

I was seen promptly despite not having an appointment. They pulled me back promptly so I could get my blood drawn at least prior to the pickup time then had me sit and wait for the rest of my appointment. I appreciated their forethought and willingness to work with me. Everyone was nice and even though I didn’t wait very long everyone was apologetic for having had to “wait”. I only sat for maybe 30 min which was more than reasonable. Great experience overall. The first gal who tried to draw my blood was new and inexperienced and missed on the first try but she was very nice. I am in healthcare so I did not hold that against her. We all start somewhere.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The wait time for non urgent matters was great and the nurses who took my samples and administered shots were fun and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.

Too long of a wait, but really friendly and lovely staff. Great nurses. Just took too long for a short check up. 3+ hours of waiting for 30 min physical.

This facility as a parking lot, was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. They were efficient and very good. I’m surprised at some of the reviews as my experience was exceptional.
