Concentra Physical Therapy

TERRIBLE! DON'T EVEN GO TO YOUR APPOINTMENT! This is mainly a worker's comp business, so the therapists are nothing special. I think they've gone through 3 different name changes, depending on which healthcare conglomerate buys them out for consolidation. Most times, therapists are treating 2-3 patients simultaneously, which means you never get individual attention/guidance. Reischl Physical Therapy is much better. The main problem with this place is that if you show up late, they'll cancel your appointment and tell you to go home. This is HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL! I've never had this happen at any other healthcare facility, EVER! UNACCEPTABLE! Hey, Concentra/US Healthworks, or whatever your name is this month: FYI, your patients are all INJURED, which means we can't move the way we're normally accustomed to! We're all trying our best to get to our appointments as soon as we can! Why are you wasting our time and sending us home?? The therapist doesn't even give us 100% of his/her time anyway, so tell us exactly why you don't have time to see us?? If you're a patient, and you're going to be late to your appointment, don't even waste your time. Just don't show up, because if you're late, they'll just tell you to go home!!
