Service time is horrible! Went for pre-employment requirements and was there 2.5 hours! Then to get my TB read it took 30 min! Hours may be “convenient” because it’s 24 hours but plan to be there a long time! Staff was really nice.

The “doctors” here keep getting worse and worse. Tonight/early this morning I arrived at 3am I was the only patient there for the entire time I was there, about an hour and half. When the doctor finally comes into the room, he waited 10-15 minutes I wasn’t timing him either than the marker I had chosen of 4:30am. He enters the room. I cannot see any white in either of his eyes they are completely red, not blood shot, RED. He’s wearing a mask, not correctly it slipped down below his nose, and gloves. After his exam he starts in with issues. I said i understand and I appreciate that. This was not good enough for him for some reason. Implicit bias So he kept stating the same things over and over. I finally said that as a doctor he knows these things change on an hourly basis throughout the day. And he was not listening to anything I was saying. He kept trying to manipulate the conversation restating what he wanted. Eventually he said he didn’t like my tone, every emotionally unevolved person’s excuse for not being able to control things, people or places. I told him I am not changing my tone and I’m not apologizing, you are being manipulative, misogynistic and invalidating. Then there was silence and I let the silence grow. Finally he has me sign the DOT card with the mouse. A mouse that doesn’t work that I’m sure he knows all too well doesn’t work. I asked him if the computer pen and pad work he said no. I don’t believe him as this was not my first time in this room at this place. It was more like he wanted to still have control. I also get the feeling he is trying to perpetrate fraud because the mouse would not let me sign as I normally do. In any event I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona Department of Health Services regarding this horrific encounter.

Worst experience ever. I called an hour before I came to see if they could see me for having bronchitis. The receptionist who answered the phone said yeah we are seeing patients who have bronchitis or flu like symptoms. When I got there the front desk receptionist was very unprofessional and told me to wait outside. Then I waited another 15 mins for a doctor to call me just to tell they aren’t seeing any patients with respiratory illness. I told the doctor I tested negative for covid two days prior. I feel that is something that the front desk receptionist should have known so you won’t waste people time who don’t feel good. Not a good experience at all! Didn’t feel welcomed at all!

The staff up front is rude and makes you feel like you are annoying them even by walking up to help. I get it they are busy but even having basic customer service skills wouldn't hurt. Positive note: The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and professional. The therapists are kind, attentive, and are truly there to help you the best way they can. I had a very pleasant time getting to recovery! They really made you feel like you didn't have to feel pressured to rush into feeling better and help you understand injuries and stuff.

they never pick up the phone. I'm trying to accept an appointment that they rescheduled and I've been calling for over a week. They hardly ever pick up. I have to call multiple people from other departments and ask them to tell a supervisor to have their employees answer the phone. it's absurd, do not go here.

Horrible customer service at the front desk. Received a bad attitude for asking questions, didn't understand that. Personals in the back were AWESOME!!! People need to reevaluate what kind of job they want to work, especially if they're working a position that requires customer service daily.

I was injured at work. The doctor refused to treat me because I was pregnant. He didn’t even read my chart and I had to inform him, even though it’s written and highlighted in pink at the top of my chart. He never read it. He barely even looked at me or assessed me and gave me the wrong diagnosis. I went to my own urgent care through my own insurance to find that I have a completely different injury than he stated. He said he didn’t have experience with pregnant women. Instead of finding a doctor that did, he just told me to take some Tylenol and sent me back to work. I couldn’t walk and was in intense pain. I was supposed to come in 2 days later and even had a confirmation text sent to me. But when I went in, they told me I was never scheduled. After 3 more failed attempts at scheduling, them saying I missed my initial appointment, and being still in severe pain, I demanded to speak to a female doctor. She referred me to physical therapy and gave me 6 appointments. I went 3 times before I the male doctor found out and canceled all future appointments. He said he wasn’t sure if a pregnant woman could do PT. What kind of doctor doesn’t know how to and refuses to treat a pregnant woman?! My OB said it was perfectly fine and he could have at least given me something for the pain rather than Tylenol and walking it off. This “doctor” is hoping I will just magically get better and that he can close my case without ever actually treating me. It’s been a month. I’m still in pain, and I’m now trying to see a different doctor. If your pregnant and injured at work, just go to the hospital. I’ve had several doctors shocked when I tell them what happened. They can’t believe he has a license. Neither can I.

Went to the Flagstaff location during a time when they were short staffed due to illness a the front desk person, April Rennels was doing an amazing job. They were very busy and she remained extremely focused, professional, and wonderfully personable. April should be recognized for her outstanding service and dedication.
