The gave me fruit snacks, pretzels, and water. Place looks nice, nurses are motivated. The physical therapists are awesome, but the doctors are a 7/10.

Wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment waited 5 hours to be seen I don't wanna hear no excuses about being understaffed when I was finally seen it took 35 to 40mins. I shouldn't have had to wait 5 hours with an appointment. Incompetent receptionist/customer service people more interested in working fast instead of working diligently without error. No outside companies should use this place ever for employee or employee candidates complete waste of time and effort on a below subpar location that doesn't care about the work they provide.

Wait times are easily more than 4 hrs with an appointment. The Dr's do not show concern for their patients either. This place is horrible

Just the worse place. Go anywhere else. Long wait times, even with an appointment. Not a fan of the bedside manner. I can find this service at a department store. Physical therapy was good, but I'd rather just go any where else.

Be prepared to wait approximately 4/5 hours , take some food 🥘 because additional hours can be added due to staffing concerns.

Worst place ever bad receptionist Yolanda and the worst PA talking about putting you therapy while your broken fingers haven't heal yet and taking you out of splint and putting you on a splint again has a health care worker myself I wouldn't recommend this place at all Worst service in the field recommendation just go to a different location or a different urgent care not worth your time

1 doctor, too many patients. Took 4 hours to get care, after check in For urgent care, nothing is urgent here
