Danielle is the absolute best and really cares about her patients. The staff is always helpful and have never had an issue. Plus side you can bring your little one and the aides will take wonderful pride in entertaining them while also giving the best service.

CTS (Comprehensive Therapy Services) is very thorough in providing the best therapy services. As their patient, the past 24 years, they have been instrumental in my recoveries, from numerous surgeries , i.e. shoulder, knees, back, wrists etc. Their Owner, Cindy, ensures her staff are experienced/educated in their specific areas of therapy, professional and caring!

I've been to CTS a number of times over the years, each time with a different issue, and every single visit has left me feeling felt cared for and that my health and recovery was their greatest concern. I enjoy working with everyone there, and they continue to hire the best therapists and aides. Cindy and the entire staff are cool and know what they are doing. There have been many times when I actually had fun working my recovery programs with them. I especially want to give a shout out to Kristin and Lilly in the billing department, for their help and patience with my insurance and payment questions. If you want the best, I highly recommend CTS! Good luck to you and your recovery!

Very poor billing practices. I received an email threat from the biller, Lilly today. Apparently at the time of service their office failed to collect a $15 copay. I never received one bill from their office and only visited once. Back in July I provided my credit card information so they could charge me for the copay. Lilly failed to follow though and charge the card. Now many months later she’s trying to impose tons of late fees and instead of admitting she failed to charge me is now lying saying I never sent the card number. I forwarded her the email proving that I did. She still denies the undeniable and is very hostile and insulting and threatened to send me to collections despite my several requests to speak to the ownership about her practices. The way Lilly is being allowed to treat patients goes completely against what the objective of any medical practice should be. This business encourages nasty, threatening billing practices against the people they’re supposed to be caring for. It’s abusive. In this case I don’t owe late fees and have proof. I will never be paying for anything I don’t owe no matter how much Lilly harasses me. If ownership cares enough about what is going on in their practice I’d be happy to discuss. At this point I’d steer clear of this place as it is everything everyone despises about medicine and medical billing. Not worth it.

I've been going to CTS for a little over a year. The staff is friendly and know what they're doing. They have a wide array of time slots for appointments. My PT was Elizabeth L, and I couldn't have asked for a better person to be working with. She makes PT an enjoyable experience. I also have seen huge progress during my time there.

Lillian Prantil the manager of this office called me 6 months after my appointment threatening to send me to collections for an unpaid bill that I was never made aware of. She claimed they sent me several notices and applied late fees. She was condescending, rude, and very unprofessional. Every time I tried to speak she spoke over me! She had the audacity to call me a liar when I told her I never got any bills or phone calls from them before. She claimed that every person she was calling was claiming the same thing. I lost my job due to Covid-19 as well as my health insurance and when I asked her why it took 6 months to find this out she said “I’m not sure you are aware, but we are in a pandemic...” She rambled on about how she had to fire employees and is just now catching up in her home office. To me this screams that she is bored in quarantine and wants to harass innocent people effected by the virus. I told her that I was going to pay the bill, but I didn’t find it fair for her to make me pay late fees. That’s poor business practice to charge me for something that is obviously her fault! I told her that I would be paying the bill and leaving 1 Star ratings and she responded “Ok I’ll just send you to collections today.” She would not stop her nonsense rambling and repeatedly admitting that she failed to do her job before and now that the patients are unemployed and uninsured we have to pay for her mistake. My account was debited for the amount she stated plus late fees. She did not provide any confirmation and I have no documentation whatsoever about the breakdown of charges.

Dr. Rose Schlaff is an amazing PT. And has given me insight and understanding about my Mind and body connections as well as techniques she uses for pelvic therapy. Thank you for your compassion and support during my time at Comprehensive Physical therapy.

This place is the worst for cash pay patients. They are a complete rip off. They quoted me $125 for a 30 MINUTE session with the PT after I was already told it was $50 for 30 minutes by 2 other people. They are so unorganized. How does that even make sense to see a PT for only 30 minutes and pay $125? How much would 1 hour even be?! I felt from the moment I contacted them that they only care about money and not the patient, and they have proved me right. They gave me 3 separate prices ranging from $200-$100 for the first eval appointment, quoting me the highest first and didn’t bother to let me know of the cheaper options until I mentioned the price I saw on their website. I now show up for my 2nd appointment to start seeing the PT and was told about the $125/30 minutes which is basically double the initial evaluation. I’m so disappointed. Don't go here if you are cash pay! They charge 3x as much as other places do.
