Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics

I absolutely love going to CPO and believe me getting orthotics and shoes was a desperate attempt on my part to avoid knee surgery. At the door Stephanie puts you at ease and handles your paperwork no problems! Erica addressed my multiple issues with my feet including flat feet. What a diligent and caring individual. She worked with several different pairs of shoes. At the final fitting it all came together and I walked out of there feeling better with my feet not hurting and my knees working the way they should! Win, win, win as far as I’m concerned I’ll be back next year because I trust I’ll be happy! 😍

I thought that everyone who put on a pair of shoes had pain as soon as they wore them and it just got worse as the day progressed. I have been dealing with foot pain from shoes all my life. Here is when I went to Comprehensive Prosthetic and Orthotics and the staff went through the reasons for the pain and how it could be corrected. They did a full examination took scan's and had a pair of custom insoles and shoes made for me and for the first time in 48 years I didn't have pain when I put on my shoes. This is a great staff and service.

4/17 CPO left me a voicemail about rescheduling appointment, they needed to reschedule not me. 4/18 I called CPO and they said I could come in the morning to pickup orthotics. They said I might have to wait until he was done with an appt to pick them up. So I drove approx 50mins to get at office at approx 9:30 arrived and waited patiently for 45min 10:15 patient left and they called someone else, the patient was kind enough to say, oh he was waiting before me. I explained I was there to pickup orthotics. He was very rude and told me they aren't done and need to be trimmed. He said he had several appts and it would be a few hours. So drove back to work an additional 50mins. That was about 3hrs of wasted time. 4/18 left review and got response supervisor would call, they never did call. 4/18 I called and spoke to someone on the phone who said they would ship me the orthotics and something to sign. 5/1 No calls and haven't got them in the mail.

great service and knowageable staff...fast in out....goes beond normal exame...makes sure when u leave u are 100 percent fitted right and explains things...100 percent happy

Very informative and friendly staff. I ask a lot questions and Nick had an answer for every one. Love my new orthotics! Very comfortable!

Definitely the place to go, very kind & making sure the customer is completely satisfied before leaving. Ansered all my questions & took time to explain everything.
