Unfriendly service at reception area. Called multiple times and told them the same thing before they ever put in the order to get my equipment. Overall experience was not great. Would not recommend.

Since finally receiving brace we have had good service. Would have given better rate but they failed to get it ordered as they stated to us. We were there in plenty of time for it to included in last year's deductible so therefore costs us more that what was stated.
