Tony and Kosi are the best! Kosi was able to get me into the schedule same day when I woke up with a neck issue. Tony was super thorough and informative about what was causing the issue and how to best address it WITHOUT charging an arm and a leg. It's the first time I'd been to the chiropractor without being pushed on buying a "treatment" plan. If you're looking to support a true family owned business, check them out.

Comprehensive Therapy is one of the best knowledgeable therapy places that I have been to. I’ve been to several other places in Myrtle Beach, needless to say I had to move on, I’m so glad I found Comprehensive Therapy. I’ve had 3 spinal fusion back surgeries in the lumbar region, Comp-therapy has a variety of different therapeutical benefits that they can use, such as dry needling, cupping, massaging, Tens Unit W/heat/ice, ect.... they always change it up to do whatever it takes to give you relief. I feel All their therapist are knowledgeable and professional, they really care about getting you better to give you a great quality of life. I highly recommend them. Evonne who usually schedules all appointments is one of the happiest people. Tony the owner is awesome,!! i’ve had major back issues for 10 year's, I highly recommend them.I like to go twice a week, but due to insurance reasons I go once a week. My wife and I have each been to both of their offices and have had GREAT experiences. Dr. Tony and his staff have helped us with migraine headaches, back/shourlder pain, and a knee problem. Every time we've been there, we have left feeling much better than when we started and haven't needed many visits to clear things up. Their staff is very friendly and they've always been able to fit us in when we've been in real pain. They are also very timely, which is very important to me. What a great practice!
