Comprehensive Physical Therapy

I called for services. They took forever to call back and setup and appt. When they finally did make one after calling my insurance and so on they told me to bring in my paperwork for the appt. If i could prior that (which isnt an option i have 5 children 3 4 and under) my ride is totaled and im not going completely out my way for something i could have brought in on appt. Day. Anyways i need the therapy, i can barely do my daily duties, i am in pain. The scheduling lady seems to think everyone is by there phone all day everyday, and as if i dont have a life other than talking with her. I couldnt find my paper work till this morning and i called to let them know and bam she canceled my appt. Very unprofessional behavior. I left a message well clearly i didnt check them. Seesh im glad she canceled, legit has been nothing but a hassel.
