The receptionist are super rude and carry a getto attitude. I was seen by a "specialist" who wanted to inject me with never-ending blocker that would have paralized me,without reading my medical records. I was in a wheelchair, but was on my way to walking again. Some of the doctors are nice, but this place sucks. Even the building is very small so if you need to fit your wheelchair in side, good luck. This place dosen't care about anything but money 💰

This is a really top notch pain management clinic. I’m a cancer survivor and was with a pain Doctor in Yuba City who was just the worst. My oncologist retired and my new oncologist doesn’t do the meds like my original Dr., thus pain management. The office ladies are extremely friendly and helpful. I don’t feel uncomfortable like at the Yuba City PM office. I have Richard S. as my Dr. He is very attentive and open to trying new treatments. Even with a 30 minute drive, I’d much rather come to the Oroville Pain Clinic where I’m treated a person in pain not a drug seeker.

I've been coming here for awhile Ladies at the front desk are so friendly and nice. Everyone there is so polite. The doctor I see is awesome he really listens to my needs 10/10 I recommend

I’m lucky to be a patient at this clinic. The scheduling and reception staff is always accommodating. They are helpful whether in person or over the phone scheduling or changing my appointments. I’m blessed to be a patient of Charina Garduque. I had so many challenges in the past and she has been very patient, kind, and I never felt rushed at every appointment. I was prescribed with so many narcotics in the past until I was building such a tolerance. I was really beginning to feel hopeless and helpless. However, my situation changed, when I found Charina Garduque who introduced me to subutex. I felt much better and did not experience any withdrawals. She not only listened and attended to my condition but was genuinely trying to help me with any issues I had with my general health and well-being. I trust and would highly recommend her.

What a scam this place is. I now have a new pain management doctor in Chico and he actually spends more time with me then just saying O is it to fill your prescription. And found out now that I'm a established patient I only have to come in every 3 months Oroville hospital is scamming the system to get 145 a month system t

If I could give zero stars, I would. I wouldn't suggest taking an elderly family member here (or anyone for that matter). Their office will NOT call to check up on new prescriptions sent to pharmacies. You will have to play phone tag with them and the pharmacy to get their office to do anything for a new medication they picked the patient to be on. If my elderly parent didn't have me, they would never get their medication due to the offices carelessness. The doctor doesn't hear the patient out at all, talks over and is pushy. They accused us of lying when a rehab facility sent the patient home with pain pills. Made it apparent that she was abusing the medication, despite us waiting to see the doctor until we ACTUALLY ran out of pills given to us by the rehab center. Terrible office.

I am most indebted to my family doctor who referred me to this clinic. After years transferring from one clinic to another, I really wish I found Oroville pain clinic years ago to manage my chronic pain. Charina Garduque took care of me. She is compassionate, smart, knowledgeable and quick to understand everything I'm experiencing. She figured out what’s best for me. Buprenorphine works and I have been better since. I felt very welcome and relaxed during my visit to their office. I trust and highly recommend her.

Let me start off by sharing that I was a little bit concerned and nervous after reading some of the reviews for this clinic. However, I'm happy to share that all of the worry was for nothing. I had a wonderful experience! I met Charina Garduque, FNP-C few months ago who explained everything to me, asked about my concerns and listened to my whole big spiel about not wanting any poisonous Norco for my pain. I told her that just because a drug is legal, doesn't mean it is okay to abuse it like many who became addicted and now suffering from its horrific effects. I said, “I don’t want to be one of those people who continuously lie and lie, hop from one clinic to another and could not admit that they seriously have an addiction issue rather than a pain problem!” I’m so thankful that she put me on Buprenorphine and provided me the needed relief for my pain. Her professional attitude and caring disposition makes her an asset to this clinic.
