Stood in the open air lobby waiting to pickup a client and heard an incredible amount of patients information. Aren’t there laws protecting patient confidentiality medically and personally? I know where several people live, their birthdays, what they were being treated for, and how long they’re going to be there. I was only here for 30 minutes. There must be a reporting agency for this kind of trust breach!

Dr. Drennan and the staff at this facility are the best I’ve ever come across. I’ve been in pain Management for more than 25 years. I’ve had good doctors bad doctors and fair doctors. Dr. Drennan and the staff are the best I’ve ever come across. They are, caring, compassionate, effective, they listen, and they help get your pain under control and your life back.

We were referred to this office, and all of the experiences that we have had with them have been difficult and negative. When trying to reach the office, our calls were ignored and we were billed for an appointment that was canceled on us despite our continued attempts at communication. There is a shocking lack of empathy from the office staff. I hope that they are able to change their policies and be more attentive with their referred patients. ** this reply is not addressing the fact that we called multiple times with no answer, and that there were multiple times that our case manager called and you didn’t answer. How are you more responsive on your google reviews than your actual phone number? I called at 10:22 am this morning during office hours and left a message for you and you responded on google reviews instead of calling me back. You will be receiving a call from our case manager.

I went to this place for years, and except for my last visit, had 0 complaints. Unfortunately, it was enough to take my review from a 4-5 star to 1. Minus 5, if that were possible. The new PA was so very rude I couldn't help but complain. Then I get a letter saying my next appointment with the PA I absolutely love is canceled and I am dropped. I would think at least twice-or more- before going to a clinic who cares nothing about how their patients are treated!

When Dr Melburg left last year the quality of customer service and patient care fell drastically here. I’ve always lived 45-65 minutes drive from CPS and truly never thought twice about the commute to receive care here, but when they came up missing a wheelchair and billed me for it, along with several other accusations unfounded I contacted DORA and realized sadly enough that without Melburg and Heather, this place lost its true compassion for the patient zeroing in on dollar signs as their true passion. I do miss the practice as it once was! My leaving their care was not a sudden choice. I’d been a patient of theirs for four years before choosing to leave. It’s ironic, after much finger pointing and accusing of theft regarding their missing wheelchair, I stumbled on it at a clinic they used to work with. Seems a van driver accidentally used it to help a patient and since it wasn’t labeled, the clinic kept it. I have no incentive to help it’s return since they are still trying to bill me for it. I was late to one appointment on April 19, 2023. Since the apt was at 2:45pm and I live 37 miles away from your office I was being held up in traffic on the Tollway. I tried calling many times during my drive, but your phone system wasn’t working. I stepped into your office at 3:00pm sharp (the time of the apt minus paperwork 15 you suggest). Over five years coming to Dr Melburg I was never late even though I’m an InnovAge Patient. Many InnovAge participants have problems getting to you on time due to the bus. I have detailed notes and calendar verifications through Google to show my punctuality and attendance. Don’t be rude in this social media forum, it doesn’t look good. I didn’t mention you discharged seeing me, but I read 10 other patients here that your office staff kicked them out. Medical Abandonment. The Wheelchair: your employee wheeled me down to the bus then left me alone after a procedure. The bus came and got me, using the chair to load me on my ride. InnovAge took responsibility for the chair asking you to bill them several times, but you insisted on billing me, even though I was sedated and barely recall the journey. Your employee chose to leave the chair with the bus driver. I sat in it. When you were told to bill InnovAge on the 13th, again, by the director at InnovAge, you said you didn’t have a spot for that on your billing invoices to InnovAge/PACE Colorado. Seriously? You send me a bill for your error and a chair sitting at InnovAge this day? I challenge you to produce anyone in your office to say, not under duress, that I was rude to them. We shared jokes, stories of Cancer Treatments, and family pictures. I HOPE ANY PATIENTS HERE DO THEIR HOMEWORK, TRY CALLING AFTER PROCEDURES FOR HELP, TRY GETTING UNDERSTANDING AFTER BEING LATE ONCE. NOTE THE HIPPA VIOLATION BY COMPREHENSIVE PAIN SPECIALISTS HERE JUST TRYING TO BLOTE EGO. NOT PROFESSIONAL!

After waiting for a week and a half for someone to call me back I found out that they don't take my insurance. It would have been really helpful if they had just asked me that to begin with and not wasted my time. If you are going to see them, be sure to ask up front whether or not they take your insurance.

I have been going to Dr. Drennan and his associates for approximately 3 years. One week ago I was taken to the hospital by ambulance for severe kidney pain. When I arrived at the emergency room I was immediately hooked up to an IV and was treated for acute kidney trauma. In the IV was something to treat my pain. Three days later I went to my scheduled appointment with Dr. Drennan and I brought with me my hospital release forms, directions for aftercare and the medication the hospital sent home with me. Today I received a letter stating I'm being dropped by his practice for not alerting him prior to my treatment for pain in the emergency room. As a "doctor" I would think Dr. Drennan would realize when your in the emergency room in pain and filled with fear you don't think about calling your pain doctor to get his permission to be treated for pain. He also, told me I DID THE RIGHT THING by bringing him the medicine and hospital records, YET he still sends me a condescending letter stating I’ve been dropped because I broke a rule by not getting his permission first for the pain RX which was in my IV. I’m my opinion I’ve been treated like I’m some kind of criminal. Crazy and unreasonable is how I feel about his practice and actions.
