Comprehensive Pain Center

I have seen a lot of doctors and specialists of the last 20 years for facial and neck injuries and I’m almost always leaving feeling defeated and back to square one. I met Dr. P about 2 years ago and it’s been life changing. I’ve never met a doctor so genuine, kind and caring. (All of the staff is the same way and it definitely shows that they are so happy where they work and who they work for). He is such a good listener and has never made me feel judged (which has been a problem of mine as a younger, heavily tattooed girl). I’m so thankful for Dr. Pitkanen and all of his wonderful staff for helping me live a more comfortable life and being so warm and welcoming to me every single time.

Everyone was courteous, professional and very efficient. Dr. Pitkanen was very knowledgeable and took time to explain my diagnosis. He thoroughly discussed a treatment plan with me and answered all my questions. It was like a breath of fresh air to have someone take time to explain everything and not just talk at me . For the first time in a long time, I felt heard. Thanks so much.

My experience with Dr.Pitkanen and his staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Pitkanen were kind, caring and took time with me. He was not rushed and spent time explaining everything to me. The nurses were so caring. If you EVER need a pain doctor this is the very best place to go! The office staff was amazing Shout out to Kiran, Allie, Annie, and the staff in the OR- Everyone made me feel comfortable - My nervousness went away Shout out to Amanda who called me on the phone to go over the instructions for the day- Of course Dr. Pitkaren is amazing He spent time with me preop He explained the procedure In detail and I appreciate it I appreciate the free parking And the quick route to the office from the parking lot Thanks for everything

I have had absolutely nothing but positive experiences with this clinic. I had to go in for a block on my birthday and the whole staff sang to me last year. They truly care about you as a person and what you have going on and I have never been any where else that says thank you for letting me take care of you. It’s a positive experience every trip I’m there.

Doctor, nurses & anesthesiologist were great. Only complaint was that no one kept my wife advised of status - to the point she was unaware that all was completed until I was wheeled out & stated that is my wife sitting there. A little communication would be helpful.

Everyone at CPC is very professional and caring about how they treat the patients and being able to help the patients. I have never been to another pain management clinic with anywhere even close to the same treatment. I considered myself very lucky to be a patient of theirs and would recommend the practice to anyone who deals with pain on a daily level

My son is actually the patient, and his procedure was yesterday so I cannot speak to the full effects as of yet. There was immediate relief for him, bit we are assuming that was the numbing medication and then we are hopeful that it will continue after. The experience as a whole at Comprehensive Pain was fantastic! They were very quick to schedule, got us back shortly after we got there, explained everything so well and made us all at ease. We certainly hope this solves his issue, but if we need the procedure again, we would not hesitate to return! Thank you guys so much!
