Complete Physical Therapy is Absolutely fantastic! I had sacroiliac issues and my hip and left side were incredibly painful. With the help of therapists like AMANDA, after only 4 visits, I feel soooo much better. I’m not a water person, but Aquatic PT is the best! I can’t thank them enough.❤️❤️❤️

I wholeheartedly recommend Complete PT. I have been to many physical therapists and they are by far the best. I see Brandon who is absolutely the best with soft tissue work. I trust him with working with my chronically challenged neck. James and Matt of the front staff are great as well. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. The previous physical therapy clinic I had been going to was a large, fancy clinic with all the bells and whistles. There I just felt like a number and going through a cold factory where the listening and true care were absent. At Complete PT, the experience is different. People listen, care, and treat the issues at hand. Infinite stars to Brandon and the whole team at Complete PT!

My first impression has been a lasting one!!! The salt water pool was “JUST WHAT THE DR.ORDERED” b4 & after my total knee replacement!! I went a few months b4 surgery & after & did PT land therapy as well! ALL OF THE water PT therapists were amazing as well as the land Therapists - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPLETE PT 4 any age or disability that Ur Dr approves U to participate in!!! BW

I am grateful for personalized physical therapy provided as my injuries require. I plan to return soon due to continued problematic back and leg pain.

My ortho Dr. gave me a long list of PT places for my rehab, and I chose CompletePT at random. This place was amazing, and I highly recommend my PT therapist, Dr. Stephanie Jun. I always wonder about online reviews, whether a person was incentivized to post nice comments, but in this case, I can honestly report she was truly great. Here is why: #1 - From my intake to treatment with her over a month, she treated me as an individual. She adjusted my treatment based on how I was doing, not a set cookie cutter schedule. #2 - She was always prompt, we started and finished on time. #3 - Her demeanor was serious and encouraging. #4 - She REALLY knows her physical therapy, found her to be a wealth of knowledge, answered every question in detail when prompted. It is clear she is passionate about helping people recover. #5 - Most importantly, she motivated me to do my routines and get better. I found that I was ahead of recovery schedule under her guidance. The place has a dedicated parking lot, front desk sign in staff are courteous, and I liked the scheduling and texting system in place. No one wants to go through PT, but Stephanie and CompletePT made me feel valued as a customer/patient, and highly recommend them.

I have had excellent experiences with many therapists here. Due to my particular condition, I benefit from both water and land physical therapy. Intermittently I lose strength and need physical therapy, but once I recover I utilize Elaine's great deep water workout class, which really gives me some aerobic exercise and helps straighten out my spine. I take it at my own pace (I need to). The salt water affects the color of the paint at the bottom of the pool, but I do hope they repaint it soon. I am confident the water is clean and warm!

This review is for Jen Sakauye. If I could give Jen ten stars I really would!she saved my back from surgery and wit patience and skill, helped me to be free from pain. I could barely walk in to the pt office three months ago, and I go on a long walks with my daughter! Thank you so much Jen🙏🙏🙏

I would not recommend this place as it is unethical and no HYGIENE standards enforced! When I first came they wanted to charge me an extra $10 for facilities and parking. I don’t use their lot and explained that but they said I still had to pay a facilities fee. I called Medicare and they said they are not allowed to do that and can be charged and filed suit against if they insisted. I told the manager this and only then did they waive the fee and I got an impression that she understood and did not respect the owner as well. I feel bad for the elderly people there who may not understand that they are getting taken advantage of. On a previous visit, a man with BLEEDING SORES and visible medication all over his legs was allowed in the pool. I spoke to the manager and she said she informed the staff that shouldn’t have been allowed to happen. I believed her and told her I’d give them another chance. Until today, when a woman walks into the pool with a cloth bandage on her toe (not waterproof which is what their guidelines are) I hear her tell the staff that she just came from the podiatrist and had something shaved. I spoke to the staff member who said it wasn’t bleeding and she left it at that. At that point I left. Upon leaving a staff member scolds me RAGE-FULLY , making a scene, for walking through construction. This place is so cheap. Half the stuff doesn’t work, smells like mold and is completely dated (they actually have those spinning seat covers on the toilet) the pool tools are dirty and old, the dryers barely work and some not at all. The whole thing seems like a greedy cheap owner is all about himself. HIGHLY do not recommend.
