Special thanks to both Dianas and Kevin for their exceptional care and support during my therapy sessions. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and making progress each visit. The staff at Complete Therapy are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. They tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs, and I’m happy to say I’ve made a full recovery! Even though I’ve now left the country, I would gladly refer anyone in need of physical therapy to them. I am a 25 y/o patient 12 weeks after ACL and meniscus surgery. Complete therapy was exactly where I needed to be during my recovery. Diana and Andrea were absolutely phenomenal and challenged me while also listening to me/my needs. Maris was super hands on during all exercises. I appreciate a PT program that isn’t a “revolve door” facility with only exercises and no manual therapy. They did a healthy balance between the two focusing on strength building and recovery. They also gave me plenty of exercises to do to help me get back into the gym simultaneously while coming to PT. 10/10 recommend. They are super professional and Kevin, the son of the owner (family business), was there every single morning and made scheduling such an easy process. Not often you find a health care business so educated on insurance policies and restrictions! Today I was able to go on my first hike which is a big deal for me! Wouldn’t have been possible without the team at complete therapy.

I always disliked going to therapy, but the professionalism and comfort I found here have changed my perspective. After breaking my elbow, the support from manager Kevin and Diana has been amazing. This is the testimonial of a 65-year-old man who was suffering for almost 2 years with debilitating chronic lower back pain and sciatica. Sitting, sleeping, standing and simple tasks were all painful for me. In my quest for relief, I saw numerous specialists, received back injections and underwent both physical and chiropractic therapy. None of which provided me with any significant relief. At wits end, my doctor suggested that I try physical therapy again. Honestly, I dreaded going to these PT facilities. From my experience, it seemed to me that most of these facilities provided nonpersonal care with the bottom line being to get you out the door within the allotted hour. However, in a state of despair I searched the internet for a PT facility near Aventura and based on the outstanding Google reviews I selected Complete Therapy USA. I called and Kevin, the owner’s son, immediately gave me an appointment. When I arrived at the clinic, Dr. Judith Neiman (owner) performed a comprehensive evaluation. Based on my physical examination and my medical records, Judith prepared a customized treatment plan which was specifically tailored to address my pain and deficiencies. My treatment was assigned to Assistant Physical Therapist Diana Camacho, who was excellent. She was very professional, compassionate, friendly, funny and tough. She was like a coach or trainer, always pushing me, but she made it a fun experience. Her backup, also named Diana, was also excellent, as was the rest of the staff. Judith also provided patient treatment and monitored her patients and staff from her office. As a result of the outstanding treatment I received, I left Complete Therapy 98% pain free and I continue to improve with the home plan they provided me with. While I was there, I witnessed the significant improvement of other patients. So, if you are looking for a place which provides effective comprehensive physical therapy in a clean, and friendly environment, Complete Therapy is your place. The former “PT Hater” gives Complete Therapy a 5-Star rating for excellence.

Thank you Complete Therapy! I was impressed with my first appointment with Judith Neiman to evaluate my injury and following visits with Diana Camacho who really helped get rid of the pain. Kevin at the reception desk, always with a smile, made appointments easy to make. Great staff.! Knowledgeable and professional and not over crowded. My go to place for therapy!

Left after 2 minutes in their highly scented office. My eyes were burning and my asthma was affected. Not a great environment for exercise for anyone sensitive to artificial scents.
