Excellent care and service. Professional polite, caring staff and I can't say enough about Dr Reginald Smith. A very caring, patient understanding man.

I have used Dr.Smith for the last 3 yrs. He and all the staff are very friendly and compassionate. None ever look at you like your an addict,unlike others in the area. He talks to you on your level.... I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Smith is great. He is one in a few that care more about your sobriety than your money. He is very easy to talk to and has never been judgemental toward me or my situation. I wished more doctors were like him. He has a great staff that will take care of you, if you let them.

Dr. Smith and his wonderful family of employees are the kindest most caring group. I've been seeing them since they opened, through my many struggles Dr Smith has saved my life. They understand the struggles we face and when we fall, they are there to lift us up, help us through and not slam the door in your face when you need help the most. Ive been seeing Dr. Smith since he opened his office. Everyone there are great! From the front door to the back, they treat you like family. They take the time to not just treat, but to actually get to know you! Im not treated like a addict. If you need to find a doctor who is compassionate and undestands what it means to be in constant pain 24-7. Then you'll have to get in and see my Doc and friends at the Complete Pain Care! Ive been dealing with chronic pain since 95. He's the first, in a very long line of judgemental doctors, that has NEVER judged me!

Doctor Smith is a genuine good Dr alot more Drs ought to be like him. He isn't one of those Drs who over medicates his patients. The Drs that do give the good Drs like Dr Smith a bad rap. If your looking for a genuine Dr that cares about you then go see Dr Smith

I cant recommend this office to anyone. I just showed up for my first appointment and was turned away because of a mistake. There is several doors with their name on it around the building. All were locked until I got to one that my wife opened which stated Employees only. I did NOT even step inside, but because I I was on the wrong side of the building and opened the wrong door for patients, he treated me like I couldnt read or didnt care and refused to see me. I believe this to be extremely trivial, unprofessional, and irresponsible. For all he knows, this visit couldve been the difference between life and death.

Absolutely terrible service, Doctor wouldn't even fill out a form to help me with assistance to get my medication, They also lied and said I tried to forge documents, Go somewhere else! The Front Desk Lady is Great, And i Dont Lie, They told my New Doctor i asked them to lie for me, (Never Did) All Truth Comes To Light, For 200$ Anyone would fill out a form! Also they send me fake bills
