Complete Health Pell City Urgent Care

On Friday Nov 15 , I suffering in extreme pain, flu, pnuemonia etc not sure, but it was bad. I visited Northside Urgent care, signed in and no sooner had I sit down I was called back, took vitals, took covid swab (negative), chest x-ray, and I was seen by Dr Vroucher. I have saw him before. He listened too me! Made the diagnosis Bronchitis, got my injections, and scripts on my way! It's been a slow recovery, I'm diabetic and age 73 so recovery is slow. Yes I would most definitely reccomend Dr. Vroucher!

Dr. David Aldrich was amazing, I was only in the urgent care building for like 30 mins total. I came in with a Corneal Abrasion, and didn’t know what was wrong. Dr.Aldrich walked me through what was wrong, reassured my daughter and myself that I would be okay, and made clear treatment plans. Even called the next day to check on me, and make sure my eye was showing improvement. I’ll recommend this urgent care to everyone I know, the best experience I’ve ever had.

I love Complete Health and have never had a bad experience until now. I was seen on 11/1, presenting with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, severe body aches, weakness and chills. The only tests administered were 2 nasal swabs, one for COVID and the other a 15 panel test for various viral and bacterial infections. I was sent home with a steroid shot, nausea and OTC diarrhea meds. I tested negative for everything and no follow up was suggested. I remained deathly ill for the 5 days, causing me to have to visit the ER. A simple blood and urine sample showed I was battling a severe UTI and severe dehydration. I have never had a UTI and had no noticeable symptoms. I needed IV fluids and IV antibiotics. I am upset that I had to suffer being so sick for so long because no one at the urgent care took the time to fully address possible infections. COVID and Flu ARE not the only sicknesses out there and no one seemed to care to find the reason that I was so sick.

Service is great but it’s too bad they don’t run something on the TVs for kids to watch instead of medical ads.

Dr Vrocher was very thorough and caring. Even though it was an urgent care visit, he took the time to really try to figure out the root cause of the bronchitis. Not just a "here's some meds, now on your way" kind of doctor. He listens well and truly cares.

I arrived, checked in and was called immediately. Doctor asked me a series of questions determine i had drainage causing me to have a sore throat and prescribed me antibiotics and received two shots. The doctor was very cordial and polite

If I could leave zero I would. Just left there bc the woman at the front desk tried to tell me that there is no way of verifying insurance bc my son didn’t have his card. I’ve worked front desk and also at an urgent care and anyone knows you have to be able to verify insurance. When we pulled up the Parking lot was completely empty but everywhere else we went was full now I see why. Rude and don’t want to do her job!

I have been a patient of Complete Health in Pell City for years! The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly especially Dr. Diamond Vrocher. He is very intelligent yet he has a calm, friendly, and genuine interested in his patients. His diagnoses have always been spot on and his prescribed plan of treatment has worked every time!
