Kenna Doaty needs to be fired immediately. She is a 'Member Support Specialist' that is the first person you see when you enter the building. She was exceptionally rude to me, she literally snapped at me for asking a question, she rolled her eyes at me. This is not someone you want representing your company and this behavior should not be acceptable to anyone in the customer care/service industry. I was there asking about setting up an appointment. She treated me like I was subhuman. My spouse, who was there for the entire ordeal, was absolutely horrified by her behavior. I've never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office and I will never, ever go back there and I will make sure that no one I know will be subjected to that deplorable behavior. No client deserves to be treated like that, especially when they're seeking important help for themselves.

Been going for years as my C.D.L. physician is Dr. Smith but he is retiring in August so I may have to find another facility ? The staff says they don't know if they will have another C.D.L. Dr. come in or not ?

The staff were absolutely wonderful from the get-go. I was there for some relatively scary stuff but they calmed me down and talked me through it better than any provider I've had, particularly the nurses and phlebotomist. Absolutely would recommend

My family has been a patient of Dr Smith for many years. He is a caring physician with a wonderful staff. The staff always work quickly to resolve any problems or answer any questions we have. Special shout-out to Susie Cathey who recently went above and beyond while helping us with some prescription issues we were having.

No one loves going to the Doctor, but this group makes it wonderful. Staff are so accommodating and pleasant. I love my doctor and followed him from his last office. Very pleased with this practice!!!
