Complete Care Centers MetroWest

Back in April, I was rear-ended and due to my injuries, I needed therapy. My attorney set me up with Complete Care. My experience from the time I walked into MetroWest CC, was nothing but good vibes. The ladies at the front desk, Yari and Kamila were very welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable.You can tell they love what they do by the level of care they give to each patient, it’s more like you’re family. It doesn’t stop with them, I cannot say enough about the excellent, physical therapist team, Mikey, Ashley, Andrea and Devon, you guys are above amazing! I love your teamwork and the level of care and respect you display for each patient. I love the atmosphere you have cultivated; every visit felt like I was visiting family. Nurse Liz, I loved that she would inform me of everything that she was about to do before she would do it and with detail. She demonstrated a level of care that made you know, she had your best interest in mind. Dr. Peterson, is the same as his staff, professional, friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and Informative. You guys have mastered how to treat people and it should be mocked in every profession. When you are injured and you depend on other people to help get you back to some type of normal, you want to know that those people have the knowledge and experience to do just that, and with a loving and caring spirit. This place was wonderful for helping me through my recovery after being rear ended. They provided a through intake exam to determine my needs and set up a plan for recovery. Exercises are guided and tailored to your recovery. The staff is super fun and friendly - Camila, Andrea, Mikey, Devin, Ashley, and Yara. They take time to care for you and help you through. Although the process of recovery is never easy, having this team on your side through the mental and physical struggles is great. Doc is also wonderful and helps explain the adjustments and the chiropractic work he does to help your healing.

I was recently involved in a really bad car accident and was sent here for recovery and I have to say the best chiropractor/care recovery program. Everyone working here is very nice and kind, they work with you and successfully meet all of your needs. Highly recommended.

The words "complete care" describes this practice and its team to the T; from imaging to therapy, including mental health therapy. Camilla the office manager guides the team, is engaged in each client's case and visible to the day-to-day routines. I love the therapists who walk you through each exercise and tailors my daily routine to those areas of pain and concern. I wish I didn't need this service, but since I do I wouldn't trade Complete Care for any other service. Thank you kindly

The staff here are really friendly, informative and helpful with their patients health journeys! I highly recommend this place if you’re in the unfortunate circumstance of needing after accident care!
