Absolutely amazing experience working with Lisa! I first met her at one of her free community events, and I’m so glad I did. During our first session on May 6, 2024, I weighed 173.8 pounds with a BMI of 27.2 and body fat at 37.5%. Fast forward to my last session on October 28, 2024, and I am thrilled to report that I now weigh 156.2 pounds, with a BMI of 23.3 and body fat at 30.4%! Lisa's guidance and support have been invaluable as I've made positive changes to my diet and exercise, especially as I work to strengthen my postpartum body over the last nine months. Her expertise is unmatched!

This was my first appt after battling pain and physical complications related to a 14mo old injury. Christon was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. This was by far the most valuable physical assessment and treatment I've had for this injury thus far. Imagine, if I had begun this treatment more towards the beginning of my injury period, I might be near or fully rehabilitated by now.

I've seen Jared Valenzuela for over a year. She has provided me with acupuncture and Chinese herbal tea. I believe she has contributed to the overall improvement of my well-being over the last year.
