DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. This is a chain business that prioritizes money and money only. They double book every appointment just in case a kid cancels, if there is no cancellation they will take it upon themselves to cancel appointments. They do not drug test and the “required background check” is the same background check they would use at a burger king. The worst part is these people will put hands on your kids without any Crisis Prevention Intervention training which is illegal but nobody seems to mind. No training is required to work here either; your child will be with someone who has never worked with a kid before, has not taken a drug test, and has not had a comprehensive background check done. This location specifically has therapists that do not hesitate to show their disdain for your children. “Therapists” that have been there for a long time have the ability to change their own schedule based on what’s “easiest” to them. All of the BCBAs are online only so they do not really know your kid. When the flu was going around the clinic, therapists were not allowed to use the thermometer anymore and sick children were not sent home. I remember one day my child came out of therapy with a fever of 101 and they told me he slept the entire session! Nobody thought they should give me a call? “Oh we aren’t allowed to use the thermometers so I couldn’t send him home”. Constant HIPAA violations as well, you’ll see your kid on social media but nobody ever asked you if that was okay. All around a shady business with shadier employees.

Definitely the best ABA place for your child to attend! Thankful for the family we have gained here❤️

Please stay away. This company is very unethical, does fraudulent billings (fully bills for assessments before they are complete) and allows for sick kids and employees to come in. They are all about the money. They encourage every child to get on social security so the company is sure to get their funds.

I love that they meet my child where is. They make therpay fun, engaging and find out what really interests him! Stacey, David, Tanya and Dallas are amazing with my son and they even draw with him! The only issue I’ve had is with communication to set up parent training, but we are working on that as I advocate well for my child’s needs.

Complete kids is a wonderful place. I was at my wits end with trying to get help with school stuff for my child. They are such a blessing to me and my child. He has come a very long way. The therapist there are amazing. They are caring, kind, very knowledgeable and willing to help out with advice when needed. I am so grateful for them beyond words. If anyone needs help with a child I would definitely recommend complete kids.

The act the management puts on is great but unfortunately from what I can tell no one like working there and they don’t even clean the toys/equipment the kids would use. If you want a over priced daycare for your child with needs go right ahead.

My daughter has made tremendous progress since she started doing ABA therapy at the Hickory location. She used to throw tantrums about cleaning up her messes and now I’m receiving compliments about how well behaved and helpful she is from her caregivers. She’s also went from resisting trying healthy foods to eating a few vegetables! The staff is very friendly and I’m very grateful that they’ve been able to help my daughter and I reach some of the goals we struggled with.

My 4 year old has been going to Compleat Kidz for about 2 months now. The staff are all great with him and very flexible with his needs. He already shows very positive responses to their hard work!
