As soon as I walked in the door, the ladies at the desk were very welcoming and friendly. I forgot the paperwork at home that they emailed me to fill out prior to my exam, so I had to fill it out at the office. 🤷🏻‍♀️They showed me around the entire office explaining everything they did to help people with their pain. I was taken to a room where they took my blood pressure and other vitals. Then a nurse practitioner came in and examined me and asked me multiple questions about my pain issues. Next, I sat in the hall and waited a few minutes for the chiropractor to call me in and help me with my pain. I am going back in a few days for them to give me my analysis results and my plan for care along with my insurance coverage. They were definitely thorough and all were very friendly. I highly recommend this office to anyone that needs chiropractic care. Thank you, Compass Medical!

When I was at Compass Medical, I had my back adjusted, and oh my gosh, I felt so much relief afterwards. It was just amazing. I would highly recommend Compass to anybody. The staff are just great, so friendly. And Lacey was one of the nicest people there but all of the staff are amazing.

Things were a bit hectic at first and I was really unsecure about the process selected for me. Everything was explained to me in it's fullest. Everyone I came in contact with was very good at what they do, and explained what was going to occur. I have to travel 85 miles round trip and that was discussed with the staff. I have 24 scheduled visits .I may not make the scheduled visits as set up. They were very understanding. I already feel somewhat better than I did this morning.

My name is Barbara Reed and I have been blessed to have found Compass Medical Center. A short history of me: I wore a body cast for 9 months at age 13 to straighten my spine because of scoliosis, didn't work. At age 15 I had surgery where two rods were placed on my spine and several vertebrae were fused. I am now 79 and have tried many types of treatments for pain, both eastern and western medicine, and many of them worked for a time but I haven't found anything that lasts. Now I have. The medical staff is very knowledgeable, the other patients are wonderful, and the treatment is multi-faceted and works on the whole body, without the use of narcotics or other drugs. I would recommend Compass to anyone who has searched for a way to relieve pain and promote healing to have a full, healthy life.

I am so glad I found this wonderful Compass medical office, they took me right in as a patient. I was injured in a car accident and I have been treated very well here by all the staff from the front desk to every employee treating me, they are very caring and friendly and very professional. An awesome team that works on my back and shows they care as if i were the only patient, but they are always full and busy! I highly recommend Compass Medical care to my family and friends and anyone looking for a good medical office. They are the best!!

Compass Medical Center has changed my life! Because of my scoliosis, my left side of my body felt like it was fused and my gait was odd, to say the least. I now walk with a range of motion not known to me. I feel taller, my hips move correctly, and I even have a waist! All my peeps work hard to help me be better and better! Try Compass today! Nice place, but I was very disappointed in with the intake process and the initial evaluation. I gave very specific details but the PA didn’t recommend and treatment ideas or offer any type of advice or initial treatment in the day of the appointment. I was mystified by the casual attitude and how it felt like I would be the one to choose what type of treatment I should have. Just very weird.
