Iv been with Dr Mc Kinny and Jovan for about 7 years now. Iv have had the best treatment from a comp. Injury way back in March 2018. Only the best of care. Jovan is a caring and knowledgeable person. Not only did they lose my negative T.B result the lady that answered the phone was rude. She hung up because I couldn't understand stand her. Now my job get delayed because they lose test results. B.S.

Unfortunately, I had to use this ‘business’ for a work related injury that occurred in December. Since my initial appointment on 1/16 I have been trying to get in contact with a doctor here, with zero luck. Currently, I am on reduced hours, fully healed, (I sustained a break in my 5th metatarsal, which the typical heal time is 6 weeks), and about to be evicted since I cannot get ahold of anyone here to release me back to work full time. It’s especially unfortunate that this ‘business’ does not care that I am a special education teacher and everyday that I am not able to go back to work full time, children are being greatly affected. If y’all would like to give me I call I would absolutely love that! I know some of your other (hilariously inappropriate) replies on here pretend to not know the poster, so to be clear, this is Sarah Goddard, birthday 6-29-1992.

Other than Oroville Hospital, this is the only facility in the Oroville area that accepts Workmen's Compensation cases. It is headed by one of the finest physicians anywhere. This facility even accepts walk ins, which is very rare today. I have received treatment here for my back injury for some time. Occasionally, due to demand and staffing, it is crowded and there can be some waiting. This is always because of walk ins who need required testing completed for their employment. They are not turned away. The staff here does their best to provide service to everyone, but they are only human. I continue to receive excellent treatment, and since I always have an appointment, I rarely wait more than a few minutes to be seen. The staff is very friendly and professional, but they are busy. This staff has been a life saver for me, as I require long term treatment. I have always received exceptional and compassionate care here.

What quoted a fee for service asked about the service throughly over the phone,when I got here the fee was double the price.... Ya right your response is invalid I asked extensivly about the other form.. If you have seen people from were I'm coming from for years why was I quoted the wrong price. You stay safe. Don't try to make your business seem to be something it's not.... Exceptional.

Multiple times ive waited hours for them to tell me something i already know. When i come in the staff never greet's the people who come in. There windows are always closed in the lobby. The only positive from my multiple appointments was being told i no longer have too come back. Doctor Kin was nice.

Filled out tons of repetitive forms, which in fairness can be expected, but finally got in to a room to see the dr, but I waited..and waited...and waited....after 55 mins the Dr came in to evaluate me to see if I could go back to work, filled out paperwork saying I was cleared for light duty and could go back, only one problem, he didnt even look at my injury!.....Let me say that again, he didnt even look at my injury!!! I was sent there by my work because immediate Care said I would be out for awhile, my work didn't like that so they sent me here, and sure enough the Dr just pencil whipped the forms and I was cleared!....what a racquet!.... never commented about any business before, but this just infuriated me! Hope your experience is better than mine, good luck!

Very friendly and welcoming, Felt as if I was treated like family, dr. Suhas is one of the most caring knowledgeable doctors I have been treated by and them being pet friendly is the biggest plus in my book
