From checking in, to seeing the nurse practitioner to checking out, everyone was exceptionally friendly. The office was clean. One of the best doctors offices I have ever been to.

I don't have the amount of words to use to describe how truly amazing this facility is. The cleanliness is incredible. This is truly the Ritz Carlton of rehab facilities. Every single nurse, therapist, Physician, staff and employee here has given my Grandma ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CARE from the second she was admitted. Everyone was so attentive to her needs, truly listens and does their absolute best to ensure she is being given the highest quality of care. My Grandmother fractured her femur and had surgery and within 2 weeks she was up and walking. I am so greatful to have found this facility.

Dr. Lara Natonski helped me with my physical therapy and setup a plan to keep me feeling good and healthy. She was great to work with, informative, supportive and made our sessions fun. Thanks Dr. Lara! *this is Neal B. writing this btw. :)

The place is beautiful and very clean. I didn't realize it had other businesses inside besides just stroke & rehabilitation. Glad they opened a location in Crown Point! It also has a nice cafeteria too. However, it is only open during certain hours.

Wonderful place! They give you all you need to get better , you just have to put in the work. I would recommend them to everyone

Absolutely wonderful facility and staff. Clean, organized, has many doctors offices within including primary care and specialists like cardiology and GI and physical therapies. Wish the urgent care was open but otherwise is a very nice facility with excellent care! Perfect place! Beautiful and clean!

Community care system is in my opinion one of the more reliable health care networks in Indiana.

Second time coming here and I absolutely love it!!! Both times I was in and out with very little wait time. Maybe 2 minutes each time. Every one here is so nice!! Wish I new the pretty lady's name at the front desk, she was so nice and made sure I was being taken care of. Destiny drew my blood and she did a wonderful job no pain whatsoever. It is so clean here and modern I love the decor!!! Love it I would give it 10 stars if I could.
