Community Outpatient Rehab Center

My son did 13 weeks of therapy, and they went really smooth. Both Alfonso and Elijah were amazing! They helped my son so much and he is able to continue wrestling. We never had to wait and the late appointments were so accommodating. Everyone in that office is really nice. If we ever have to be referred out again we will definitely be requesting Community Outpatient.

Glen is the best Physical Therapist I've ever had very friendly guy. I also saw Clint and he was really cool. This is the best place to go for therapy.

This place is ridiculous, they schedule appts and when you get there they said it’s not that time. This has happened twice and it’s not worth my time. Going back to my Dr to refer somewhere else. Do not recommend!

dont be misled into thinking these people want to help you.they have labeled me unfit to return to my 35 year carrer of helping people as a nurse.No specific testing or therapy was administered to assess or assist my ability to return to a meaningful life.I feel this was an arbitrary decision made based on one staff members personal feelings about me. I am now unable to work & was told to find a new job/occupation by my doctor on the recommendation of C.O.R.C. (who wants to take on a 60 year old who was declared unfit to be an RN.).

So sad. They canceled my appointment bcz it was no parking. 5 minutes late I drove 45 minutes 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The rehab team here is wonderful! They serve their patients well and treat them with kindness, compassion and empathy.

Great experience, they are very helpful and caring!!! I won’t go anywhere else if do not have to!!! They know and believe in what they do. Thanks!!!!
