Staff at 151 hazard ave parking were patients park is ridiculous. Why do patients have to walk sofar in all types of weather. Staff parking should be not there. I've witnessed staff taking up spots so that the physical therapy patient next door had to walk a long distance because the self entitled staff have easier walk to their doorway.

I wish I could give this business a good rating but I just can’t do it. My partner has been clean for 3 years but needed a new prescriber when we moved to CT. He works full-time to provide for our family of 4, but despite that he took work off to come to an intake to get his medication he needs. He arrived and they said they couldn’t take him. The reason? They had maxed out the number of people a physician could provide an intake for (which is 6). Essentially, they helped too many people that day and didn’t want to help anyone else, even though they told my partner to take off work and come in. I can’t put the emotions I have into words. My partner deserves better. Your patients deserve better. You signed up to help people, do your job.

So 2 months ago I called for an appointment and they told me that it was going to be a online appointment face to face. Next two days ago I called the office and said I am out of a medication today and I need to talk to the doctor because the medication they had me on isn't working and I need to get a higher dose in the nurse said until you see the doctor next Friday will call in your prescription at the same dose and when you see your next Friday we'll talk about it. So the next day comes I go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription it's not there the office and I tell her listen I'm at the pharmacy you never calling my prescription I've been out of it now for 2 days and she said well I'll leave the doctor a note I'm like well can't they just call it in I drove 25 minutes to come here I haven't slept since yesterday morning no we can't do that call it in later today so at 5:00 this afternoon I call the pharmacy to see if my prescription was called in and it was and it wasn't so now I'm going on 3 days without my prescription it's the weekend and I called the 24 hour number and there isn't no 24 hour number it says at the beginning we are here for you not so much so it said if you have a healthcare crisis press one when I press one it hung up on me how is that supposed to help a person that has psychiatric problems. So I go online and I got another number and it says 24 hour service nobody answers that number either so now I am totally screwed until Monday and it's only Friday Night by Monday I will be out of my prescription for 5 days that's a real great way to run a psychiatric health care service for people with bipolar and other issues what am I supposed to dial 911 so I can get a prescription cuz that's the only freaking choice that they give me

My prescriber is very concerned with how I'm doing mentally and physically she always has some suggestions and she listens to me and takes an account for what I'm feeling and that's what makes a good mental health worker Thank you sincerely Christopher Cooksey

Horrible healthcare. I’ve been misdiagnosed and put on the wrong medication for years thanks to this place. I’ve had years of health issues due to the psychiatrist’s incompetence. They don’t listen, and the office is prone to screwing up frequently. I now get calls from CHR multiple times a week for someone who isn’t me. They are leaving me voicemails about a current client. I’ve tried calling and telling them they have the wrong number, but they still call me a few times a week to tell me about a complete stranger’s appointments

Excellent place. Once your in you are in. The therapists are awe soome. The psychiatrists are excellent. Very prompt and polite. They go above and beyond determining the best plan to put you down n. I have been going there for over 10 yrs. No one can say, "I am all better now".

I loved my therapist however she was not available weekly and regularly canceled our video appointments. I would go a month at a time between appointments more often than not and unfortunately I needed more consistency. Besides that it’s a great place if you just need occasional appointments.

Super rude for no reason especially over the phone. I get having a bad day maybe but its like I'm not understanding what I did wrong. Every. Single. Time. Impossible to get the type of therapy you need. The only reason I still see a psychiatrist here is because they're so hard to switch from in general. Little regard for people who need medication or will suffer withdrawals.
