PA, Hannah was great. Very smart, caring and proactive. My concerns and treatment were taken seriously. She not only listens to you, she hears you. Hannah gets 5 stars. I only rated 4 stars because the receponist was not friendly. I hope it was just an off day for her.

Finding health care close to home is difficult in a small town. It’s nice to have a clinic with good doctors nearby especially with having children. The doctors are great listeners and put their patients first. Very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this clinic and will continue taking myself and family here.

Not great. Tldr: they jerked me around and took no responsibility for it. I tried to go here as my primary care for over a year. Very little interaction on their part. One doctor asked me why I came in once and I told him the condition I believe I have. (PCOS) He asked me "what's that?" I explained what it is and then he responded with "oh there's not much medically we can do for you with that. Just eat healthy and exercise." I had a list of medications to ask about and insisted on blood work which did show imbalances. Because of his ignorance I talked to a higher up and was told that particular doctor is extremely uncomfortable with women's issues (like what?!) And I was assured that i would be taken care of and was switched to another doctor. This doctor seemed to be better and at least knew the condition somewhat. We talked, and I requested to be referred to an endocrinologist for the hormone imbalance and treatment of PCOS. I was also to be referred to a dermatologist for precancer removal. He agreed. I had to call a few times over the next month or so to inquire about these referrals. Community health centers of America eventually set up a dermatology appointment for me in Fresno and gave me the date, time, and address. On the day of the apt., before I left for Fresno, I called the office of CHCOA and asked about the endocrinologist referral I was still waiting on and was told that I would have to talk to the doctor again because he never put in for that. I proceeded to go to Fresno where they told me the don't take my insurance!! A 4 hour drive roundtrip to be turned away and humiliated. I was clearly upset and called to talk to the receptionist at CHCOA. I was very clear to not blame her and instead asked about the company's responsibility to their patients. She was extremely rude and standoffish claiming no responsibility. She put all the blame on their hired referral center. After being so rudely dismissed by the receptionist I called my insurance and reported them as well as switched primary care providers. The hired referral company employee i talked to ended up doing a great deal of investigation into this (after working out that the file CHCOA mistakenly sent her was about a different patient all together). She found that other patients were about to make that drive for nothing as well and she put a stop to that. She was the only bright spot in a sea of disorganization and ignorance. I definitely do not recommend going here.

I like it. I’m new to the area so looking for a doctor is hard and They make me comfortable. The nurses help me out every time and are always accommodating. The doctor is great with explaining and talking about my concerns. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Smile and they will smile back.
