Community Care Physical Therapy

I had the privilege of receiving physical therapy at Community Care, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism led by Heidi and by the entire staff. The clinic itself is welcoming, clean, having you feel like your home that immediately put me at ease. Both physical therapists, Heidi and Crissi, were not only highly skilled but also attentive and compassionate in their practice. They took the time to thoroughly assess my condition(s), explained the treatment plans in detail, and answered all my questions with patience and astuteness. What stood out most was the personalized care; they tailored every session to meet my specific needs and goals, ensuring that I progressed at a comfortable yet challenging pace. Throughout my therapy, I felt genuinely supported. The hands-on techniques, combined with clear instructions for home exercises, helped me improve my mobility and strength. Both Heidi and Crissy were always encouraging, celebrating my milestones while also pushing me to work harder when needed. Additionally, the entire team at Community Care at both locations were fantastic. I was able to continue care at both locations to allow my scheduling ability to be flawless. Appointments were readily available, and I never had to wait long to make up a rescheduled one. The communication was clear and efficient, and I always felt like communication was their top priority. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, I am now experiencing a remarkable improvement in my condition, and I feel more confident in my daily activities. I would highly recommend Heidi and her entire staff to anyone in need of physical therapy. Truly a great PT place for military to recover and get back into National Call of Duty. Their commitment to exceptional patient care is truly outstanding, second to none. Thank you all!

Heidi and Crissi are awesome! They are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. If I need rehabilitative services in the future, I will use them if at all possible. **update** If I could describe Heidi and Crissi in one word it would be "genuine." These ladies truly care care about your health and well-being. They are just a delight to work with and my injury has improved dramatically.

After a year of just living with shoulder and arm pain I started PT. Heidi and her team quickly diagnosed and explained what was causing it. After a few visits and the pain was gone and they also taught me the stretches and exercises to prevent it from happening again.

I've been treated by Heidi over the years several times for my lower back, rotator cuff and knee issues. She gets right to the heart of the matter, evaluates the range of motion and severity, and then designs exercises and treatments that work! Each time I've had a problem, Heidi has been able to solve it and get me back on track. The staff at Community Care is professional and down to earth. You are in good hands here!!

This physical therapy has been a lifesaver for me. I've had PT before, but nothing like the depth and breadth of what is offered here. I'm 82 and have had lots of issues the last few years, which brought me to CCPT. I literally trust them with (my life) making my life normal, able to move, and free of pain!
