I have been seeing Mary Jane for Nutrition Counseling and Weight Management. She is absolutely amazing. She is not like any other Dietician I have ever met with. She does not want to completely change everything or harp on I have to not eat this or not drink that. She works around my life and my health issues and helps adjust. She actually listens to what I am saying. PLUS she is my biggest supporter and motivator with my weight loss journey. I whole heartily recommend Mary Jane to everyone who needs a Dietician or any help with eating, weight loss, etc.
