Community Care Center Review My 105 year old grandmother came to CCC for PT/ OT a week ago. The staff here is nothing less than remarkable. They are very attentive , kind, polite, and respectful in every way. Every single staff member we have encountered has been extremely helpful. The place is kept very clean and the residents are all well looked after. There is not an hour of the day that goes by that we are not asked if we need anything for our grandma.The staff is always checking on her to make sure she is kept clean, warm, and fed. I have seen them redirect wandering patients with compassion and kindness. We as a family are so thankful for the quality of care our grandma is receiving here. I would not hesitate to bring a loved one here. C. Scott

So my grandmother has been here for almost a month at the time of writing and I feel like it is time to post a review about this place. To start off: The staff are pretty friendly people, they are compassionate and seem caring for the family & patients (especially elderly). Food is just your typical nursing home food, nothing special or anything, they serve 3 meals a day and everyday is a different meal, and they also do dietary accommodations. Entertainment wise TVs are honestly pretty small which I think is weird but it’s not a complaint, they also have daily activities which I think is pretty cool. There’s a call button board right by my grandmas room which is REALLY loud and honestly seems like it can get really annoying especially for patients trying to sleep. Rooms are a little old and may be a bit dirty depending on the patient, rooms are also shared meaning that you or a family member may have/get a roommate. In Conclusion: It’s a good nursing home, there’s definitely a few things here and there that could be changed but care-wise it seems pretty good, but it’s only been close to a month so far so things may change in the future.

If anyone is looking or needs to find a place for their loved one, I want to highly and totally recommend Community Care Center. After visiting several places around San Diego, I can rate it as 100% the best. This is based on the treatment given to my mother since she entered this place. Edna, who is the admissions director, gave us her professional and quality help to put my mother in a magnificent room, a good, very accessible bed. Adding to this are the very professional health services of Julio, Salvador, Israel, Gabby, Heather, and everyone else. This is a place that provides quality services to your loved one and makes you feel like they are your own family. Excellent, very grateful and thank you very much. TL

This place is one of the best places to have your love one. I visited several places and this is heaven.. I will recomen this place with my eyes closed. Speak with Miss Edna … she will work something with you and place your love one on the best hands if you can take care of them. You will have peace of mind. I can’t forget four special people working at this facility… Julio, Jack, Israel and Salvador .. along with Gabby .. they are king helpful and very courteous.. they go out there way to help .. even if they are not assign to that floor they always come and check on us and our Mom. I can only say good things about this place .. I come short!!!

This facility has been extremely professional when treating my son. The care is top notch and staff is very knowledgable. My son is in sub acute and they are working hard to rehabilitate him after a car accident. He is treated very well. I highly recomend this facility for anyones loved one. They treat the family very well also! I am very happy with the care here.

All around great facility. Nursing staff very attentive and proactive. Dietary staff prepared outstanding meals daily. The highlight of my stay and the staff I saw most often were the activities ladies, they were attentive, active and outstanding. Shout out to Activities Director Shayna and her outstanding coworkers: Eva, Lorena, Tellana and Angelica. Thank You for making my stay painless and memorable. Excellent Job!!!!

My sister stayed at Community Care Center for about 15 days. I would highly recommend this place. Everyone who works there has been great and very competent. It gives me great comfort to be greeted with a smile everytime I visit. Customer service truly matters. My sister has gotten wonderful care and has made great strides in her recovery. Many thanks to the fantastic people at Community Care Center. Your kindness and quality of care will never be forgotten. I’m so glad we chose this place for my sister's rehab!

I went here for about seven weeks and it was the best time I ever had besides my infection. Curtis and Mark ( Administrator Director) are very professional and easy going. A lot of great people with good personalities and sense of humors. I have nothing but compliments and no complaints for this place. last but not least a ton of beautiful and gorgeous women as well. I love this place.
