I had both knees replaced and went to Centura for both sets of physical therapies. My physical therapist, Natalie, was absolutely amazing. We had a great experience both times and she helped me to get my knees to their optimum level. I would encourage anyone who needs physical therapy to go to this location.

I have been fighting bogus charges for months. After my insurance paid, Centura reported I owe $75 a visit and I was going 2 times a week. They only billed after a months worth of visits. I had been advised my copay would be all that is required. In addition, the are showing 0 copay on several visits when I paid my copay every time. I have made 4 calls to billing to rectify. I get the run around, and when I ask for escalation, I am told there is no process for escalations or complaints.

Wonderful experience. They treated my daughter for 7 weeks for a sports injury. From the initial contact to schedule the appointment all the way to the very last visit, this place was amazing! Always explained everything in a way we could understand. The therapist are absolutely a delight to be around. In every way possible this was a great experience. I never had issues getting a hold of anyone, everyone was always friendly and encouraging. I will highly recommend this place to all!

Excellent team of physical therapists. Each appointment is based on me, how I'm feeling, and how to progress. They know almost all patients by name, and work outside of my appointment to find the best exercises for me. The receptionists are not the friendliest, they don't make eye contact, they barely speak loud enough to hear, but the therapists are so nice it evens out. Definitely recommend.

I'm only giving them a 1 star because my physical therapist was amazing sweet and respectful. But after spending nearly 3 weeks trying to get an initial appointment and then I get sick today, call to reschedule (I'm pregnant so it comes out of no where and with covid I'm being cautious to make sure I feel better before leaving my house to public places) they schedule tells me shes basically not rescheduling my appointment because she didnt believe I would show up to my appointment. This is the first legit reschedule I've asked for from this office and now I wont be going back. I'd rather stay in pain than be disrespected like that for zero reason.

I was trying to become a new patient with a particular therapist that was recommended and had my appointments cancelled twice. It is now eight weeks after I initially contacted their office for an appointment and with this second cancellation I'll be going elsewhere. I would avoid wasting time waiting for appointments at this office--there is no guarantee the therapists will honor an appointment made.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, unless you want to be made fun of during an appointment... My mother stopped coming to this facility because of the lack of patient care during her visit. She explained to her therapist that she was experiencing pain in her session, and instead of changing my mom's exercises, she scolded my mother for not doing it correctly and then rolled her eyes and poked fun of her to the assistant IN FRONT OF MY MOM. I can not begin to express the lack of maturity/care in this office. Absolutely horrifying.

Great experience. Wonderful staff! Colin did an outstanding job with my PT today. He gave clear instructions on what exercises would benefit me in recovering from my recent ACL surgery. I highly recommend this facility for your Recovery needs.
