You guys rock!!! I was very impressed with ALL the staff today 👍 The ladies up front were AWESOME and they handled about 10 or 12 folks waiting in the lobby quickly and very efficiently. The ladies, behind the scenes, were AWESOME as well. Keep up the great work. Very nice and very professional 👍

Came in this morning to see a doctor as I had fallen yesterday and hurt my wrist. Saw a sign on the door that said no Ex-rays but wanted to ask the receptionist if I needed to go to the hospital or wait there to see a provider and very rudely she said she would be with me, twenty minutes later she calls me up said she could not read my writing but was able to read it just fine then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t see me today because no ex rays, could of made it real easy by simply answering my question the first time I was up there. I will NOT go back here because of the lack of Customer Service from the lady at the front desk. Get someone that is not a RUDE individual.

Our Emergency Health Care service was wonderful. Walked in and was quickly helped by the nursing staff. Very easy to talk to and Cody the NP. I’m so very thankful for this care center!! Not having to spend hours at the emergency room at the hospital.

I was treated in a very efficient, professional manner. I felt listened to and felt my input was acknowledged and welcomed. This visit was a very positive experience.

I had read all of the previous reviews so I was a little unsure. However, my experience was wonderful. Everybody was incredibly friendly and professional. They got me in and out very quickly. I received good medical care, and I will not hesitate to go back. Thank you!

Jessica did an outstanding job. She not only treated my current issue, but also anticipated a future issue. My wife and I really liked Jessica.

Not very impressed with this urgent care. I went in with severely swollen and inflamed tonsils and lymph nodes on the right side of my neck. They did test for covid, flu, and strep which were all negative. They told me to go back to work the next day and released me with nothing to help me. The next morning I had more swollen lymph nodes and could hardly move my neck. That afternoon day I went to primary care doctor and was prescribed antibiotics and Prednisone and no work for a week. Very thankful for my primary care doctor actually caring and listening.

They were quick to see my daughter but after the doctor saw her he asked me to wait while he filled our paperwork. I try really hard to be understanding but with a sick 10 month old the wait was hard and the rooms were really warm on top of holding a baby that is feverish. Over all a wonderful experience with good staff.
