Colusa Physical Therapy

The entire staff at Colusa Physical Therapy is awesome. I have been treated for two separate shoulder injuries and have had 100 % recovery of full range of motion and pain free. We're so lucky to have this professional practice right here in Colusa.

I went to PT for neck pain a year ago and the exercises the girl had me do tore apart my shoulders. I've been in terrible pain ever since and go through life dipped in lidocaine. Nothing helps and the pain wakes me up at night every time I move. I got a cortisone shot in the worse shoulder yesterday but what relief I hope it will give will only be temporary. I went against my gut instinct not to do repetitive exercises that involve resistant bands and pullies and bending my shoulders backward in doorways. Also the real physical therapists rarely look up from their computers. They don't supervise enough. To be in pain and then to come out of PT with far worse injuries is heartbreaking.

I was there a few months ago for a back injury. The whole staff is amazing! They gave me stretches that i still do at home to keep strengthening my back. I would definitely recommend them to others.
