Services were not helpful and they had me on a treatment plan that would cost me a third of my disability in copays a month without ever letting me know. Once I was billed and found out, i corrected it to something realistic and paid for all services when I got them, they then double billed me for my last 2 visits that I paid for in person (luckily I paid with card and have proof). The invoices to me show the services being added to what I owe, but don't show my in person payments for them. The billing lady refused to answer my questions and would just repeat things that had no bearing on what I was asking. I left a message for the director Dale to call me and he never did. I spoke with my bank and they said if they continue to double bill for what I already paid for they will charge it back and then I can and will send payment. But I'm not paying for the same services twice. Extremely disrespectful and unhelpful staff, the people around me while I was on the call couldn't believe what I was having to deal with. I will warn all my friends and family to steer clear.

This is a great place for physical therapy. Dale always gives me great tips for working out at home to improve my mobility. His staff is always professional and friendly. Thank you for a great experience once again.

I had an absolutely horrible experience. Dale was so condescending and rude. He was extremely unprofessional and would grab my arms and move them without telling me, asked if it was okay if he did something after he started doing it, and would watch me creepily when I did exercises that involved pushing out my chest. He was creepy when he was trying to work the knots out of my back and I felt extremely uncomfortable. He didn’t walk me through a single thing. I was sitting in the corner of the room and without a word, he grabbed my chair WITH ME IN IT and pulled me towards his chair. When I was in the massage chair he PULLED the hair on the nape of my neck and told me to “get it right” when I forgot something. Of course he laughed but it was NOT a joke. First time I went in there. Never EVER going back. Disgusting.

Everyone at Columbia physical therapy is friendly and helpful. This is my second experience with the staff and they made therapy efficient and as pleasant as therapy could be. I appreciate their input into the resolution of my issue.

Absolutely LOVE the professionalism, as I'm a very stubborn client. I appreciate the humor, and now greatly enjoy my sessions.
