Colorado Springs Therapy Center

I am so grateful that we have found Colorado Springs Therapy Center! The difference I’ve seen in my son when he first arrived several months ago to now is amazing! His confidence is growing, behavior is improving, he’s trying new foods (which he NEVER did) and he absolutely loves going to his appointments each week! Emily has been perfect for him and he’ll even speak during the week about wanting to share something he did well with Ms. Emily. Tiffany always makes us feel so welcome as we wait for my son with his siblings. These people truly care about your child and family and we appreciate them so much!

My son's speech therapist, Anna, has been wonderful! In the 6 months we've been here, she has has helped him progress in his speech but she also makes practicing words fun for him. He is usually shy around others but from day one, he warmed up to her right away! Not only has she been an excellent therapist, you can tell she really cares about my son and my whole family.She is also very knowledgable and has taught me about my son's speech delay in a way that I can understand. I am so thankful that I found this place for my child. Everyone here has been so kind and I know that the therapy he is getting here is high quality!

I don’t normally write reviews on places. But CSTC deserves a shout out! Not only were we able to get a eval appointment in a timely manner, we were able to also get speech worked into our sons schedule that worked for us! Staff has been phenomenal. Our Speech therapist Christy is great and my son loves her. She’s already helped him so much I wish I switched sooner. The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming. I love knowing that staff has been here at this location for quite some time. They don’t have crazy long wait lists. So glad we made the switch to here. Also to add the place is clean, and well taken care of. To include the therapist rooms, Toys are clean looking and well maintained. Overall an amazing therapy center and I highly recommend them!

I cannot express enough how much we love Colorado Springs Therapy Center. My daughter has been going here for a speech delay and has made so much progress since she started. She is always so happy to go to speech and play with her therapist Christy. I highly recommend this center to anyone needing therapy, as it has been so amazing for my daughter.

A one star at best. I’m not sure if this center has just lost its best employees or why there are so many positive reviews. The north office has taken weeks to confirm my daughters insurance and still has not contacted me to schedule an evaluation. I’m talking 3 to 4 weeks now, maybe more. I then called the south office to see what their availability was and to find out if this turnaround time is typical, and the woman answered the phone eating and said hello. I proceeded to ask her if this was Colorado Springs speech therapy center and she said yes it is. Seriously? We went to the center before for my daughters speech therapy about a year ago and canceled because the therapist with baby talking to her. Haven’t had a single good experience since her first evaluation with Emily who was outstanding.

My son has been attending for over a year now and the growth I’ve seen in this time is amazing. Wyatt sees Ms. Jen for OT and Ms. Karen for speech, amongst others who e filled in along the way. They have both become Wyatt’s favorite people, and even though they work hard together, Therapy days are Wyatt’s favorite days of the week. They are easy to get in with, easy to adjust to your schedule, and they try hard to schedule therapies together. We love it here.

If your child needs OT, PT, or Speech, come here! Highly recommend Miss Jen, Miss Leah, and Miss Emily. My daughter looks forward to each therapy session and is making significant progress in all areas. Best of all, they really listen to parent concerns and incorporate your goals into your child’s therapy. Can’t say enough positive things about them!

The team here has been amazing! We have seen them for speech therapy for over a year now and the difference it has made for my son has been astounding. The entire team has made the process from referral to setting appointments so easy! We’ve worked with several therapists and each has been so wonderful. Highly recommend them.
