Patient experiences
The "doctor" that saw was cold, aloof and rude. Stating that she would not prescribe pain medication to homeless people! What, can't a homeless person experience pain? 2 minutes with this compassion less person and they still billed my insurance over $200.00! ! would give them 0 stars if it was possible.
I have been with the clinic for several months, went to my appointment today and saw Dr. Feldman, as opposed to my regular doctor. She let me know they were dropping me as a patient, would not let me talk to my regular doctor there, and suggested that I was not in pain and that they had no documentation there was anything wrong with me! She also said I was a risk for them as I took a benzo while traveling, which I had disclosed to my regular doc a month prior... Worst company ever, they wont listen and do drop you for no reason.
Every apt has been late, cancelled with no notice! I have drove 2-3 hours one way to get to the appointments to get the run around. The Loveland office was very rude and spend 4 hours there for them to decide they just didn't call and cancel with me.
My ins. Sent for a prior auth. And they never follow up on it. So without meds. For pain Been a mo. Says its $5.00 and then 10.00 . Not even true. My regular doc. Said one med. Was the same as i was taking and pain clinic said its not for my pain. Its is too! It almost identical and my in pays for it! Very very unhappy!
