I needed to renew my DOT medical card & set an appointment. I noticed immediately that all of the ladies at the front desk are very nice ,friendly & helpful. The nurse/tech that I saw was the same-nice,friendly & had a great sense of humor. The PA that did my exam, Megan, is AWESOME. She was very friendly & answered all of my questions & concerns. I felt confident that I received a quality exam as compared to some other vendors through the years. This was a great experience & I will look forward to next visit.

My thoughts on having to go to a workers compensation doctors office have really changed thanks to these guys! Each and every person was great to work with on getting me back to full duty. The office staff always greeted me with a smile and were very professional and made me feel at ease. The PA Meagan was great to work with. She would listen to my concerns and wanted to do everything possible to get me back to where I was before the incident. PT staff was amazing in helping me get back. The massage therapist was so helpful.

Michelle at the front desk was awesome. I needed a last minute DOT done for my company and she was able to work with me and get me seen on the spot. Very nice staff. Highly recommend this place. Quick and efficient work.

This review is specifically for the new hire at the front desk. I have been seen by this practice for the last 2 months for shoulder injury that requires surgery. This new hire is the person who created my chart. Every time I go into this office I'm asked how my neck is. It's a shoulder injury. If you are so incompetent that you cannot create a chart for a shoulder and create one for a neck instead and haven't fixed it for 2 months you have no business working in the medical professional field

Everyone there was sooo AMAZING! They really cared and took the time for my appointment and I highly appreciate the kindness and all my questions being answered! I'll definitely be staying here for a while and they took very well care of me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Dominique really exceeded her limits and loved her as my medical assistant.

There are just not enough kind words I can say about this place. The office staff is amazing. Michelle and Christine greet every patient with warmth, welcome smiles and conversation that puts you immediately at ease. Barbie, their nurse is the best! Personable, caring and each of them greet you by name. Dr. Alvarez never makes you feel rushed, always explains thoroughly, and has such a kind compassionate way with patients that you do not always experience when you are an older patient. I feel respected, cared for, and I truly trust my medical team here. They are the best. Shay is wonderful in coordinating care. I still dread going to the doctors but their office makes it a pleasant experience. ☺️

This staff and docs are amazing. I have never had long waits for appointments. Follow up and referrals are made quickly. The docs and staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. They care about their patients and the patient's health.

Front desk is awesome, helped me reschedule and schedule 6 weeks worth of appointments all at once. Doctors are great and couldn’t recommend a better clinic
