Stopped in without an appointment for a strep test. The receptionist was lovely, the nurse and PA were super helpful and friendly. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Had to give my feedback!

Do not go here if you need care. I had an xray on my wrist a week ago and they still have not given me the results. I have called and left messages and no one will return my call. I spoke to a nurse on the nurse triage line and she couldn’t interrupt the results so said she would have a doctor call me right away. Still nothing. Very bad

Save your money and wait for your personal doctor. Just finished my antiobiotics and my bronchitis came back and while I will say...everyone here was very nice and professional, they had absolutely no clue how to heal me. Told me I had a viral infection when it was bacterial and anti biotics were what I needed. Got home and went to personal doctor who presecribed z pac and a steroid to go along with it and was cured in 5 days. While I did give them permission to run all their tests and play doctor, I am now sitting 500$ in the hole for them to tell me to wait it off (which didn't do anything after 2 weeks until I got more anti biotics). Don't trust these people, go see your primary care physician. Save your money

Such a frustrating and horrible experience. They don’t respond, and most of the time your voicemail doesn’t get any assistance. I tried to get my medical records transferred, and it was the most difficult and frustrating process. Save your time and money and don’t look for any help from CMM!

I was attended too quickly; however, was told by the hospital that my insurance would cover the full amount, no out of pocket. Fast forward 3 months and I received a bill in the mail for several hundred dollars. When I spoke with the Colorado Mountain Medical Supervisor, they said it's a patients responsibility to know their insurance, despite the fact I straight lied to by their staff. No responsibility for their mistreatment of their patient. I recommend avoiding this facility. They clearly don't care enough to make things right even when provided the opportunity.

Horrible place, stay away from it. They said my insurance will cover the visit and charged Me crazy 450 usd for an associate who briefly saw me and said nothing valuable. This place has to be brought to the attention of the medical federal authorities. Billing is not responsive. Judging by other peoples review, it is not a stand alone situation.

Doctor was condescending. She told me I could only get a MRI in her facility, and she could not write a order for another imaging center. I checked regulations and this is not only wrong, but illegal. I am allowed to seek care wherever I see fit. She also told me that I could not get an MRI unless I lived in Vail. This also makes no sense. I will search for the appropriate regulatory body to make a formal complaint. I saw your response. I am figuring out who the appropriate authority is and will make a formal compliant. I will also find the name of the doctor and make a formal complaint against her as well. I do not think there is any legal action I can take but I will look into that also. This was a horrible experience and I am very upset. The doctor told me I could not get a order for a MRI to take somewhere else. She was very condescending. I am extremely disappointed.
