Wowza! What can I say In a short way how very pleased I am with the therapists that are at the North location. I am so impressed with Megan, she pushed me gently o to accomplishing an approved range of motion for my knee after a partial replacement. She is a true Champ for her patients. And then there is Sean and Grant. ( sometimes hard to tell them apart) lol. I’ve been to four therapy groups around town and this group is the absolute best. If Viv works with you get ready, she is mighty! I can’t begin to thank Megan enough for the strength I’ve acquired! Run don’t walk, get your life back and come see these professional therapists.

Our daughter tore her ACL and meniscus back in June. She was absolutely heartbroken and our orthopedic doctor suggested we start PT early so he sent us here. We are very grateful for all the hard work and dedication they put in to helping her heal physically and emotionally. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our daughter to do her physical therapy. Huge shout out to Grant, Megan and Mac. Thanks to them she was able to return to Volleyball in a little under 9 months.

I injured my ankle golfing and couldn’t put the slightest pressure on it. I had to physically crawl up my stairs because it hurt so bad. I called CISM and spoke with Beth and she told me to come in right away. That same hour I was in there being evaluated by Mac. After figuring out the problem and going through PT, my ankle was better in no time and have had no injuries since! To say this place is good or even great is such an understatement. The moment I called I was treated like family! No matter how packed the schedule was or how busy they were, the managed to get me in to ensure the pain was gone! 10/10 recommend CISM if you want to be taken care of and treated like family along your recovery route!!

My oldest daughter had surgery on her knee 3 weeks ago and CISM has once again been great! They have her range of motion and mobility increasing and they are motivating her do exercises at home! Love the 1 on 1 sometimes 2 on 1 work with her to get her back to playing!

Had rotator cuff and bicep complete tear surgery. Went to this location for physical therapy. Was put on the pulleys before I was out of my sling. This is not what was given to them for instructions from the surgeon. Went home and had extreme pain. Pain was so intense for days I just curled up on the couch holding my shoulder. Pain meds and ice did not help. My surgeon has done a second MRI and results show thinning of the tendons in rotator cuff as well as at least one tear. The bicep was also re injured. My surgery was 3 months ago and as of today I am not able to lift the arm on my own. I am still limited to 1 lb. of weight, which is the same weight allowed when I got out of the sling. This is not all the problems I am experiencing as a result of my physical therapy. My outcome is uncertain. Physical therapy is supposed to make you better, not make you worse. I do not recommend this facility.
