Wow, I highly discourage anyone from taking your child to OT here. They have had me on a waitlist for 6 months for a scheduled time slot. So I had appointments only for last minute cancellation spots which is really inconvenient and ineffective for a child to go one visit here or there. I called multiple times to follow up on our waitlist status because there had been no communication or updates. Due to this, I finally scheduled more consistent appointments a few MONTHS in advance to make sure I was on the schedule. Now they call me less than a week before the appointment to tell me the schedule has changed and they all need to be cancelled. I understand the need for scheduling changes sometimes but this has been crazy! Even my own annoyances aside, it is such a disservice to my special needs child who is not able to receive these services we need because of this facilities disorganization. Do not waste your time.

Not only do they mess up on your insurance claims they THREATEN that your Insurance will drop you. Even if they are the ones that messed up. I work in billing and insurance and this place is kind of a joke as well as the PT. It’s corporate so go figure. If you want a more professional and personal experience definitely go to a private and smaller office. This is absolutely disgraceful. I definitely won’t refer anyone to this business. Also, the person who was rude was someone named Kathy. Maybe not threatened people and make sure you out the correct information for patients and not mess up their insurance claims causing more stress.

I had the best experience with a full knee replacement with Michael Johnson handling 70% of my PT and Brittany Holbert the other 30%. Their knowledge and attention to the details of how my knee was progressing was outstanding. PT is only effective with the patient actively doing their part and I was given a continuous list of more challenging self work based on my progress as well as the encouragement to continue to early and full function. Most important was their continuous request for detailed feedback from prior days activities. I had a final session for a bike fitting with Amy Glaser who was excellent. THEY ARE THE BEST.

Heather has helped me with my L5 S1 pain. Not only does she give hands-on treatment but she also gets instructions on proper exercises to aid in recovery currently currently she is treating me for my torn rotator cuff. I am trying to avoid surgery and have already decreased my shoulder painto a manageable level. I highly recommend Heather.

I had an amazing experience. Brittany was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout my sessions. She tailored the therapy to my needs and progress, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I've seen significant improvements in my mobility and overall well-being. I can't recommend this place enough – exceptional.

This is my third PT effort for chronic pain and for the first time I feel truly listened to. Working with Alana is great and I feel relief for the first time in a long while. I cannot recommend a higher experience rating because there is no higher rating. I really appreciate this team every time I go to PT there.

Dr. Andrew Drehoff was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable, personable, and understood that I wanted to keep doing the activities I enjoy! In a few short months, my nagging shoulder issue that had been bothering me for almost a year is 100% pain free and feels more stable than it's ever been. I will absolutely be back if needed!

I have been receiving PT here for a couple of months due to back to back injuries (neck/shoulders and ankle/foot) and the care I have received has been great. My PT, Andrew Drehoff, has been excellent and it’s obvious that he’s a skilled in his craft and focused on my healing. I appreciate the welcoming environment in the office as well, everyone has been friendly and makes each visit a positive experience.
