I was having atrophy in my left leg and muscle weakness p, pain , and swelling. After a few sessions with Lauren Walters at Colorado in Motion I have regained strength and flexibility. Lauren was able to analyze my problem and gave me exercises that solved my issues. Today was my last session , and I feel I have the tools I need to prevent loss of strength, mobility, and balance.

It's impossible to get them on the phone or to get them to call back. I tried calling for weeks and no one ever responded or called back. I went for months and it didn't help, so I tried dry needling and they didn't give me any more exercises since it wasn't helping, but they still charged me the full price, plus the cost of dry needling. I do not blame them at all for the physical therapy not helping, that is just the downside to my health issues and there was nothing they could do about it, and not for a lack of trying. The physical therapist I went to was amazing and I trust that he knew what he was doing, and I am sure that if it was something that could be helped with physical therapy, he is the person to go to. I liked my physical therapist and I would go back to him for dry needling if I wasn't also charged for physical therapy that I wasn't getting. If you only need dry needling, I recommend going somewhere else, unless you can afford to pay for both. They did a very good job with dry needling, so if you can afford it, this is probably one of the better places to go, I just personally cannot afford it and I am sure plenty of other people have run into the same issue. Everyone is always super nice, but the communication needs to change and the pricing of dry needling without physical therapy needs to change. I understand that it is supposed to be an addition on top of the physical therapy, but I feel like they should offer a price for only dry needling for the people who need it. If this was a review simply for their kindness and how everyone treats you, they would get 5 stars. If communication and pricing are not issues for you, I absolutely recommend going here since you will receive the best treatment. I have nothing against anyone there personally. Everyone was always very kind and I truly wish everyone there the best.

I was referred to Colorado In Motion by my primary doctor to tend to sciatic issues. I dealt with the issues for more than six months before deciding to have it checked out. Karson was amazing and helped me with different exercises, stretches, and glides. I’m back to nearly 100% and wish I would have come in when I first started having issues instead of waiting six months.

I've been going here for about two months now. I've worked with Karson and he's helped me with my lower back pain that I've been dealing with for 20 years. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for PT. Thank you guys you are the best

I went to physical therapy with Colorado in Motion for about 3 months after a serious injury which included a surgery. I worked closely with Andrew and Ariel and also had an appointment with Pam; they were all attentive and ready to put their best effort forward to help me reach recovery. I was suprised when I was asked what my goals were before the therapy even started, but that just shows they truly are there to help us recover. Every single one of the staff, at both the Magnolia and Harmony location, were very friendly. 5/5!

I saw Lauren Walters for my chronic knee pain on top of OA. She was awesome, quickly identifying the source of my knee pain and muscle atrophy. I was worried I was headed for a knee replacement because of the debilitating pain and in the four months I worked with her I was able to strengthen my muscles and gain back my mobility in my knee. I can now get back to playing hockey and long walks! I highly recommend Colorado in Motion for anyone needing physical therapy.

Pam helped me first through a shoulder injury, and then a breakthrough around a chronic lower back problem I have been struggling with for years. Before seeing Pam I was unable to shoulder press or deadlift, something I am able to do now with no pain. Rock climbing has been my obsession for close to 20 years, and I’ve stacked up a considerable amount of injuries, most of them stemming in one way or another from my lower back. Now that I am on the healing path, instead of getting around the ailment, I’m confident I’ll be able to climb at my level for many more years to come, pain free. PT is worth it and Pam is highly recommended.

Colorado in Motion is an awesome place to get help with your physical therapy needs. PTs at this location have helped both myself and a family member improve the health of our bodies through strengthening exercises and dry needling. They’re very kind and professional!
